Air Marshal Manish Kumar Gupta today assumed command of the prestigious National Defence College (NDC), New Delhi.
An alumnus of the National Defence Academy (NDA), Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), College of Air Warfare, and NDC itself, Air Marshal Gupta brings with him a distinguished career in the Indian Air Force.
A seasoned fighter pilot with over 3,100 hours of flying experience, he is a Fighter Combat Leader and a Qualified Flying Instructor. Known for his operational acumen and instructional expertise, he has held several key command and staff appointments across his service career.
As Commandant of NDC, Air Marshal Gupta will oversee the premier institution that plays a vital role in grooming senior officers of the Armed Forces, Civil Services, and friendly foreign nations in the areas of national security, strategy, and leadership.
