On 17 October 2025, the Commandant of Selection Centre East (SCE), Prayagraj, along with the Group Commander from NCC Group Headquarters ‘B’, interacted with Professor Mukul Sharad Sutaone, Director of IIIT Allahabad.
The meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration between the Armed Forces and academic institutions in nurturing young talent and inspiring students to pursue a career in the defence services.
The discussion revolved around developing structured outreach initiatives to motivate IIIT Allahabad’s bright and capable youth towards joining the Armed Forces. Emphasis was laid on instilling values of honour, discipline, and national service among students, encouraging them to channel their technical expertise and leadership potential into serving the nation.
This engagement reflects the Indian Armed Forces’ continued commitment to reaching out to the nation’s youth through educational partnerships, fostering awareness about defence career opportunities, and building a sense of purpose and patriotism among future leaders.
