Applications are invited from married/unmarried MALE and unmarried FEMALE Engineering Graduates and also from Widows of Defence Personnel for grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army in all Arms/Services. Course shall be commencing in April 2018 at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

 

SSC 50 Tech SSCW 21 ELIGIBILITY:

  • Nationality: A candidate must either be : (i) A citizen of India, or (ii) A subject of Bhutan, or (iii) A subject of Nepal, or (iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st of January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by Government of India. Certificate of eligibility will however not be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal.
  • Age Limit: – (i) SSC(T)-50 Men and SSC(T)-21 Women:- 20 to 27 years as on 01 April 2018 (Candidates born between 02 April 91 and 01 April 98) (both dates inclusive).(ii) SSCW(Non Tech)(Non UPSC)- For Widows of Defence Personnel only (with four years age relaxation). 19 to 29 years (Candidates born between 02 Jan 89 and 01 Jan 99) (both dates inclusive).
  • Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of Engineering course are eligible to apply. The candidates studying in the final year examination of Degree Course should be able to produce the Engineering Degree within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at OTA. Such candidates will be inducted on Additional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training at OTA as notified from time to time as well as stipend and pay & allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite Degree Certificate within the specified time.

SSC 50 Tech SSCW 21 Important Note: – Candidates must note that the minimum educational qualification for induction into SSC(T)-50 Men and SSC(T)-21 Women is BE/B.Tech degree in the Engineering stream notified below. Therefore, to become eligible for induction into SSC(T)-50 Men and SSC(T)-21 Women course, candidates studying in final year of engineering must complete all the formalities including written, practicals, projects, backlogs, viva voce, etc, for the award of qualifying BE/B.Tech degree before 01 Oct 2017 failing which their candidature is liable to be canceled.ssc 50 sscw 21 vacancies

SSC 50 Tech SSCW 21 HOW TO APPLY:

  • Applications will only be accepted online on website “www.joinindianarmy.nic.in”. Click on ‘Officers Entry Apply/Login’ and then click ‘Registration’. Fill the online registration form after reading the instructions carefully. After getting registered, click on ‘Apply Online’. A page ‘Officers Selection – Eligibility’ will open. Then click ‘Apply’ shown against Technical Graduate Course. A page ‘Application Form’ will open. Read the instructions carefully and click ‘Continue’ to fill details as required under various segments. Personal information, Communication details, Education details and details of previous SSB. ‘Save & Continue’ each time before you go to the next segment. After filling details on the last segment, you will move to a page ‘Summary of your information’ wherein you can check and edit the entries already made. Then click on ‘Submit now’ only after carefully ascertaining that the correct details have been filled in. After submitting, click on “PDF” and take two copies of the application form having Roll No and other details generated by the system.

Current Affairs questions will be from last 5-7 months (for AFCAT, NDA, CDS, TA)

SSC 50 Tech SSCW 21 SELECTION PROCEDURE: 

  • Short listing of Applications. Integrated HQ of MoD(Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications and to fix cutoff percentage of marks for each engineering discipline without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted eligible candidates depending on the cutoff percentage will be interviewed at Selection Centres, Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Kapurthala (Punjab) by Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and Interviewing Officer. Call Up letter for SSB interview will be issued only through candidate’s registered e-mail id and through SMS. Candidates will not be interviewed locally. Allotment of Selection Centre is at the discretion of Dte Gen of Rtg, IHQ MoD (Army) and NO request for changes are entertained in this regard.
  • Shortlisted candidates will have to log in on the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in using their username and password and select the SSB dates as available on the website.
  • Interviews will be held from Nov/Dec 2017 onwards.
  • Candidates will put through two stage selection procedure. Those who clear Stage I will go to Stage II. Those who fail in Stage I will be returned on the same day. Duration of SSB interviews is five days excluding day of arrival and details of the same are available at official website of Rtg Dte www.joinindianarmy.nic.in

SSC 50 Tech SSCW 21 MERIT LIST: IT IS TO BE NOTED THAT MERE QUALIFYING AT THE SSB INTERVIEW DOES NOT CONFIRM FINAL SELECTION. A MERIT LIST WILL BE PREPARED ENGINEERING STREAM WISE ON THE BASIS OF THE MARKS OBTAINED BY THE CANDIDATE AT SSB INTERVIEW AND AS SUCH HIGHER EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, PREVIOUS PERFORMANCES; NCC BACKGROUND, ETC, HAVE NO ROLE TO PLAY. 26 NDA Cadets Declared Unfit Due To Injuries

As per the reply, the number of cadets declared ‘medically unfit’ are as follows per term: Spring Term 2014 (5), Autumn Term 2014 (1), Spring Term 2015 (7), Autumn Term 2015 (4), Spring Term 2016 (1), Autumn Term 2016 (6), Spring Term 2017 (2), Autumn Term 2017 (NIL).

REPLYING to a query by a Rajya Sabha member, Minister of State for Defence Subhash Bhamre said on Tuesday that 26 NDA cadets have been declared medically unfit and withdrawn from training due to injuries during the last three years and the current year. Bhamre gave the information in a written reply to Parimal Nathwani, a Rajya Sabha member.

As per the reply, the number of cadets declared ‘medically unfit’ are as follows per term: Spring Term 2014 (5), Autumn Term 2014 (1), Spring Term 2015 (7), Autumn Term 2015 (4), Spring Term 2016 (1), Autumn Term 2016 (6), Spring Term 2017 (2), Autumn Term 2017 (NIL). The reply also said, “NDA cadets who are medically boarded out are not being granted Ex-servicemen (ESM) status, as the cadets are not yet commissioned as officers and, therefore, are not counted as ‘servicemen.’ The government is implementing schemes for the welfare of NDA cadets.”

“Following schemes are being implemented: Ex-gratia awards in cases of disablement:- the cadet on being medically boarded out is entitled for following benefits: ex-gratia amount rs 3500 per month. ex-gratia disability award rs 6,300 per month for 100 per cent disability, constant attendance allowance Rs 3,000 pm for 100 per cent disability as recommended in invalidating medical board. army group insurance fund cover for nda cadets: disability Rs 7.5 lakh for 100 per cent disability proportionately reduced to Rs1.5 lakh for 20 per cent disability,” he added.

“Preference in Employment in the Government Jobs: Cadets who are invalidated out on medical grounds attributable to military training are accorded Priority-1 for the purpose of employment in Government service. The cadet consequent to his injury is provided free medical treatment in Military Hospital, Command Hospital and Research and Referral Hospital, Delhi,” read the reply. “A cadet is only invalidated out in the medical board, if he does not recover from the injury and is found unfit for further military training with the aforesaid treatment. The data on expenditure incurred on such treatment is not maintained,” it added.

All NCC aspirants are hereby informed that Indian Army calls NCC cadets for NCC 43 Special Entry Scheme. Applications are invited from UNMARRIED/MARRIED male and UNMARRIED female and also from the Wards of Battle Causalities of Army Personnel, for grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army.

 

NCC 43 Vacancies

  • NCC MEN- 50 (45 for General Category and 05 for Wards of Battle Casualties of Army personnel only).
  • NCC Women- 04 (03 for Women general category and 01 for Wards of Battle Casualties of Army personnel only).

Eligibility

The candidate should maintain the following requirements

  • Nationality
  1. A citizen of India.
  2. A subject of Bhutan, Nepal or a Tibetan refugee, who came to India before 1962 for permanently settling in India.
  3. A person of Indian origin, who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India
  4. For the persons belonging to category 2 and 3, there must be a certificate issued by the Government of India.
  5. Candidates who are Gorkha subject of Nepal don’t need to produce and certificate.
  • The candidate, who has been withdrawn for IMA, OTA, NDA or any service training academy, will not be eligible for it.
  • Age limit – For NCC candidates (including wards of Battle Casualties) 19 to 25 years (born not earlier than 02 Jan 93 and not later than 01 Jan 99).

Education Qualification –

  1. Candidates must have graduation degree form recognized university with 50% marks aggregate in all years of respective degree.
  2. Final year candidates can also apply for the entry. They must have scored minimum 50% marks aggregate in all their previous years. They must score minimum 50% in their entire degree and they have to complete their degree before the commencement of the course.
  3. The candidate must have served minimum 2 academic years in a senior division/ wing of NCC.
  4. The candidate must have a minimum B Grade in C certificate exam of NCC.

NCC 43 Special Entry Scheme How to apply: All eligible candidates are required to apply online at joinindianarmy.nic.in, read the notification for full details.

 

The following points will be considered deeply

  1. Date of birth as mentioned in 10th certificate.
  2. The degree or provisional certificate issued by a recognized university by AIU.
  3. The candidate must have scored minimum 50% aggregate in his graduation. A final year student must have scored aggregate 50% in his previous years.
  4. The NCC certificate must have a minimum B grade.

– The shortlisting of candidates will be done by Directorate General of Recruiting (Rtg ‘A’), Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defense (Army) on the basis of the NCC certificate grading and graduation percentage.

NCC 43 Special Entry Scheme Selection Procedure

  1. Shortlisting of Applications. Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications and to fix cutoff percentage of marks without assigning any reason. After shortlisting of applications, the Centre allotment will be intimated to the candidate via their email. After allotment of Selection Centre, candidates will have to log in to the website and select their SSB dates on a first come first served basis, through the link forwarded via email.

Only shortlisted eligible candidates depending on the cutoff percentage will undergo SSB at Selection Centres, Allahabad(UP), Bhopal(MP), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Kapurthala (PB) by a psychologist, Group Testing Officer and Interviewing Officer. Call up letter for SSB interview will be issued by respective Selection Centre on candidates registered e-mail id and SMS only. Allotment of Selection Centre is at the discretion of DG Rtg, IHQ of MoD (Army) and NO request for changes are entertained in this regard.
  3. Candidates will be put through two stage selection procedure. Those who clear Stage I will go to Stage II. Those who fail in stage I will be returned on the same day. Duration of SSB interviews is five days and details of the same are available at official website of Rtg Dte www.joinindianrmy.nin.in. This will be followed by a medical examination for the candidates who get recommended after Stage II.
  4. Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit, will be issued joining letter for training in the order of merit depending on the number of vacancies available.

Opening And Closing Dates Of Application Forms – the candidates can apply for it in between 25 Jul 2017 – 23 Aug 2017.

Important points: Candidates appearing/ appeared for the interview of CDS entry that is SSC 107 (NT) or SSC W 21 (NT) will not be eligible for NCC 43 entry.

Indian army official website has published the JAG 20 Notification, JAG 20 or Judge Advocate General 20 is a special entry for both male and female law graduates.  All law graduates (both Male and Female), who want to join the Indian army judge advocate general branch can apply through this entry.

JAG 20Eligibility

  • Nationality – The candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • Age Limit – The candidate must be of the age between 21-27 years. The date mentioned in matriculation certificate will be considered as final. No other document will be accepted for age declaration and no further change request will be entertained.
  • Educational Qualification – The candidate must have scored 55% marks in LLB graduation degree (3 years professional after graduation or 5 years after 10+2) and the candidate must be eligible for registration with Bar council of India/ State. Candidates having studied in the college/ university which are not recognized by the Bar council of India will not be accepted.

JAG 20 Vacancies: Men – 10 , Women – 04

JAG 20 Medical Standards

  • The candidate must be fit as per the physical standards mentioned in the guidelines available at joinindianarmy.nic.in.
  • The candidates, who will be recommended by the SSB, will be further sent for medical examination. Those who pass the exam will be accepted.

JAG 20 Selection Procedure

The selection procedure of the JAG entry is as follows-

  • The shortlisting of candidates on the basis of the academic performance will be done by Recruiting Directorate, Integrated Headquarter of MoD (Army). The list of shortlisted candidates will be put on joinindianarmy.nic.in.
  • The shortlisted candidates will be allotted SSB centers and date of reporting will be sent to them by e-mail or SMS.
  • The candidates, who will report at the mentioned SSB center on mentioned date, will face stage 1 (Screening) and Stage 2 (psychology, GTO and personal interview).
  • Those who pass the sage 1 will stay for stage 2 and those who fail in stage one will be set free on the same day.
  • Candidates who will get recommendation after stage 2 will undergo documentation and will be sent for medical examination.

Training

  • The candidates who will get their names in the final merit list, will be called for training in Officers Training Academy, Chennai.
  • The training will last for 49 weeks and the cadets will be granted commission in the rank of lieutenant after the completion of the training.
  • As per the guidelines and rules, the candidates are neither allowed to marry during training, nor will they not be allowed to live with parents or guardians.
  • Any candidate found married before or during the training will be discharged from the training.
  • The government of India will manage all expenses of the training of the cadets. The cadets will be awarded Post Graduate Diploma in Defense Management and Strategic Studies by the university of Madras after the end of the training.

NDA Cadet Found Hanging From Ceiling Fan In His Room

NDA CADET FOUND DEAD IN HIS ROOM

Alekh Jaiswal (20), a fifth term cadet at the National Defence Academy (NDA) in Khadakwasla, was found hanging in his room on Sunday evening. 

According to officials, Jaiswal was found by his friends, as he failed to report for a routine activity, said Assistant Police Inspector BB Pingale of Uttamnagar police station.

The police visited the room on the ground floor in ‘H’ squadron at around 5:30 pm on Sunday after the lock of the room was broken and the body was taken down, said API Pingale. No suicide note was recovered from the cadet’s room, according to the police.

“The cadet was immediately rushed to the Military Hospital, Khadakwasla, but coult be revived. Local police and his parents have been informed,” said an official statement issued by NDA. His body was sent to Sassoon General Hospital for post-mortem after which his body was collected by the members of the premier military training institute.Alekh Jaiswal

One of the members who were securing Jaiswal’s body claimed that he had gone for a run with his friends and did not seem upset or disturbed. The 20-year-old had graduated from Sainik School, Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, before joining NDA, according to the academy officials.

While a relative of the cadet had reached the academy, his parents landed in Mumbai on Monday morning and will be taken to NDA, according to the academy representatives.

“Two officers from the academy will accompany them back to Raipur with the mortal remains of the cadet. The army representatives in Raipur will also help them carry the mortal remains and help with the last rites,” said Lieutenant Commander Batra, Public Relations Officer of NDA.  

An internal Court of Inquiry has also been ordered by the academy while the police investigate the case. The officials said the cadet may have committed suicide and investigation has been ordered.

The defense exams of Territorial Army, AFCAT, NDA, and CDS are approaching the consecutive months and the candidates must be indulged in preparing for the exam dedicatedly.   1. Tropex – Theatre readiness operational exercise. Eastern and western commands of Indian navy along with Indian army, air force, and coast guard participated in it. It was conducted on the western coast line of India.
  2. EKUVERIN – 7th edition of India Maldives joint military exercise EKUVERIN held in Maldives which emphasize of the amphibious and counter insurgency, and anti-terror operations. It’s 6th edition held in Kerala.
  3. SAMPRITI – 7th edition of India Bangladesh joint military exercise held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Its first edition was held in 2010.
  4. INDRA – 9th India Russia naval exercise held in the Bay of Bengal with the aim to increase interoperability between the both the naval forces. The exercise was conducted in two phases; sea and harbor phase.
  5. KONKAN – Indian Navy and Royal Navy’s (UK Navy) joint maritime exercise took place in Mumbai, Maharashtra to increase compatibility and interoperability between both the navies.
  6. Hand in Hand – 6th edition of India China joint training exercise held in Pune Maharashtra with the aim of exchanging expertise in drill and practices.
  7. Surya Kiran – 10th edition of India Nepal joint military exercise was held in Nepal to share their experience and expertise in counter terrorism and disaster management. In the exercise, Kumaon Regiment represented India and Jabar Jung battalion represented Nepal.
  8. Mitra Shakti – The 4th edition of India Srilanka joint military exercise was held in Srilanka. The aim was to increase interoperability in counter terrorism and counter insurgency operations.
  9. AL-Nagah-Li – 2nd edition of India Oman joint military exercise held in Himachal Pradesh. The motive of the exercise was to enhance the compatible in counter terror operations.
  10. Nomadic Elephant – 12th edition of India Magnolia joint military exercise held in Magnolia to raise the synergy and interoperability between the forces.
  11. CORPAT – 29th India Indonesia coordinate patrol bilateral maritime exercise was conducted at Andaman and Nicobar.
  12. Malabar – 21st edition of Malabar exercise was conducted in the Bay of Bengal and was attended by the navies of India, US, and Japan. The exercise was conducted in sea and shore phases. The exercises were for professional exchanges on carrier strike group operations, maritime patrol and reconnaissance operations, surface and anti-submarine warfare.
  13. Maitree: A fortnight-long joint military exercise between the Indian and Thai armies has been conducted in Himachal Pradesh State of India. The joint exercise, named Maitree, takes place in Chamba district aiming to promote cooperation and enhance skills and experience exchange between the two countries’ armies.

Being perfectly qualified or possessing all the required skills and talents won’t necessarily land you up at your dream job. Wearing inappropriate or outlandish attire to an interview can potentially cost you the job. Your clothing can influence your chances of making through the SSB interviews. Before you utter a single word at SSB, you have already made an impression by the way you have dressed up for the occasion. So, always dress your best when interviewing.
Consider these tips for immaculate dressing at the SSBs.

  • Colour and Appearance of the dress: Choose a Solid Colour That Isn’t Distracting.
    Choose a colour for your dress which is pleasant and doesn’t prick in people’s eyes. You want your assessors to focus on you, not on your pink paisley shirt, right? So, instead of picking busy, printed patterns; choose solid colours that reflect your personality and aren’t too loud or too dull. Stick to brighter hues, choose dress materials that cause less sweat and bad odour and you are comfortable in. Avoid unmanageable dressing that knocks your self-esteem and confidence down. Dress up in few colours at a time so that they blend and harmonise with each other.

10 Tips To Dress Up For SSB Interview Success

  1.  Shirt: Choose a shirt that’s light in colour, preferably white, because it suits for all occasions. Wear full sleeve shirts (three-fourth length or half sleeves do not give that formal look). Also, don’t fold the sleeves of your shirt at the interview panel. Don’t carry anything in your shirt’s pocket.
  2.  Trousers: Choose dark coloured trousers or pants which aren’t of loose or tight fitting and make you walk faster and free. Checked trousers also give a nice, decent appearance. Avoid stuffing your trouser pockets with things that give bulgy look.
  3.  Tie: Avoid flashy and lustrous ties, prefer ties made of silk material, as they are easy to fold and make a perfect knot. Remember to team up ties appropriately with the colour of your trousers or pants.
  4.  Shoes: Stick to black or brown formal shoes for PPDT, interview, psychology tests, and white PT shoes for the GTO tasks. Always polish your shoes before going for your tests. Choose shoes (black/brown ones) with lace because they give perfect look and grip while you walk, filling you with more confidence. Lady candidates can wear black flat belly shoes without any patterns or designs.
  5. Perfume: Avoid loud and overpowering perfumes because they really hinder the atmosphere of an interview, disperse irritating smell and distract assessors and your fellow mates. The purpose of the perfume or body spray should be to conceal your body odour. Choose perfumes of pleasant, gentle, and fresh fragrance. Lady candidates are especially requested to use mild perfumes. Spraying perfumes or sprays over your shirt may cause stains or marks which are visible when dried up and give bad impression. Try avoiding that.
  6. Other Accessories and Ornaments: Wear limited jewellery. Lady candidates should keep their jewellery and hair accessories to a minimum, and stick to those that are not flashy, or distracting. Stay simple. Don’t wear bracelets or other ornaments. Avoid wearing designer rings (wedding or engagement ring is fine).
  7. Hair Style: Neatly combed and well trimmed professional hair always gives an impressive and influential effect on your personality. Get a haircut prior to your SSB because flying hair during your tests would cause you discomfort. Lady candidates must tie their hair in a bun or if you have short hair, a neat pony tail or braid will work.
  8. Nails: Neatly trimmed and manicured nails form a good impression because your hands are always placed in your lap so they are easily noticeable for most of the time. Also, it reflects your personal hygiene organisation and management.
  9. Spectacles: Cleanse your glasses well before the tests so they don’t give you hazy and blurred vision and cause discomfort.
  10. Handkerchief: Always carry a clean handkerchief with you preferably of pure white colour (any light colour).
  • Play It Safe With Ink, Piercings, and Facial Hair:
    You must go through the rules for body tattoos, directed by the Armed Forces. So be watchful of the criteria of inking any part of your body. Try avoiding piercings in eyebrows or chins (For lady candidates, nose piercing is absolutely fine). Male candidates must shave before the interview and keep their moustache trimmed and shaped.
  • Pay attention to minute details:
    01-Your clothing should be neat, clean, and pressed.
    02-Make sure you have fresh breath. (Use mouth wash/freshener/Listerine)
    03-Lady candidates must avoid makeup and nail paints.
    04-Your hair must be neat, clean, and conservatively styled.
    05-Don’t wear cologne or aftershave.
    06-Wear white socks with the formal shoes.
    07-Maintain personal hygiene.
    08-Tuck in your shirts neatly.
    09-Wear simple and sober wrist watches.
    10-Avoid fancy belts, wear belts with buckles of appropriate colours.
    11-Avoid smoking before the interview.
    12-Clean your eye corners before the interview.
    13-Avoid chewing gums or candies during the tests.

Many candidates who have applied successfully for AFCAT 2 2018 online are waiting for the admit card. Candidates are required to download the admit card from afcat cdac website as and when it is available. As per the official website, the AFCAT 2 2018 admit cards will be available for download from 2nd August 2018 10:00 AM onward. Below we have mentioned the steps to download AFCAT 2 2018 admit card and other requirements. 

Offical Statement: Admit Card for AFCAT 02/2018 is available for download through Candidate Login from 2nd August 2018 10:00 AM onward. Please verify the contents, read the instructions which are to be strictly adhered to, and carry a printout copy of the Admit Card along with other mandatory documents to the allotted exam center as per the scheduled date and time, as given in the Admit Card

The eligible candidates shall be issued with an e-Admit Card three weeks before the date of the examination. The e-Admit Card will be sent to the registered email IDs and will be also available at the website www.careerindianairforce.cdac.in of all candidates who successfully submitted their online application. No Admit Card will be sent by post. To download the e-Admit Card, a candidate should have his/her username and password. The candidate will be solely responsible for downloading his/ her e-Admit Card.

AFCAT 1 2018 admit card

No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination unless he/ she holds a downloaded e-Admit Card for the examination. If there is any error/ discrepancy in the e-admit card, please bring it to the notice of AFCAT-C-DAC Query Cell immediately (Telephone No. 020-25503105/ 06. E-Mail queries may be addressed to [email protected]).

The courses to which the candidates are admitted will be according to their eligibility as per age and educational qualifications and the course preferences given by them. The candidates should note that their admission to the examination will be purely provisional, based on the information given by them in the Application Form. On verification, in case the IAF finds that the information disclosed by the candidate is not correct or genuine, the candidature will be treated as canceled.

Candidates are to ensure that the personal information on the front side of the e-Admit card is as per the details provided by them during the registration process. They are also advised to read the instructions given at the rear of the e-Admit card beforehand.

How To Prepare for AFCAT & EKT

AFCAT 2 2017 hall tickets/admit cards have been released and are available for download. The exam is scheduled on 27th August 2017 in two shifts, i.e. morning and evening shifts. The candidates who are approaching their aim of joining the Indian Air Force through this exam should accelerate their preparation and target their ambition. The candidates can download their examination admit cards by following the steps mentioned below.

 

Steps to Get AFCAT Hall Tickets

 
  1. Go to careerairforce.nic.in
  2. Click on candidates login and enter your details in respective fields.
  3. Now click on generate AFCAT 2 2017 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket.
  4. Save it and take 2 print out of it.

AFCAT Exam 2017 Details:

  • AFCAT 2 2017 Exam Date: 27th August 2017
  • AFCAT 2 Admit Card 2017 Released Date: End of July 2017
  • AFCAT 2 Result Announce Date: 1st Week of Oct 2017

The admit card is to be produced during the examination and the candidates are instructed to check the credentials properly before heading to the examination hall.

The Candidates Must Stick To These Important Instructed.

  1. The admit card is to be produced at the examination center as well as the AFSB, while appearing for the SSB.
  2. The admit card must have a recent self-attested photograph pasted over it. Remember not to put your signatures on the face part of the photograph.
  3. Bring any of your ID proof in the examination hall that declare your identity. ID of College, Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Voters ID Card will be accepted at the examination venue.
  4. The admit card must be signed by SIO/ IO at the examination venue. Candidates have to present a signed copy of admit card at the SSB centers.
  5. The candidates must report only at the venue and time mentioned in the admit card. Any request for change of venue or examination batch will not be entertained.
  6. The candidates must bring blue/ black ball point pen with them. Use of Calculators, Log Tables, PDA and Mobile Phones is strictly prohibited.
  7. Admit cards are just permission letters for appearing in the AFCAT examination. They are not the final selection letters.
  8. The candidates have to appear at the examination center by their own medium of conveyance. Not TA/DA or any kind of allowance will be paid to for it.
