Cracked SSB Interview In 1st Attempt From SSB Allahabad

CRACKED SSB INTERVIEW IN 1ST ATTEMPT FROM SSB ALLAHABAD

Hello friends, I am Adarsh Janmeda, got recommended from 18 SSB Allahabad for SSC(NT) 106 Course on 24 may 2017 in my FIRST ATTEMPT. I used to read blogs, various articles about Armed Forces and SSB process at SSBCrack which helped to understand the basics behind SSB.

Feeling So happy that once I used to read success stories on SSBCrack and now I am sharing my own success story with all defence aspirants here.

So, friends this was my second CDSE attempt which i was able to qualify. When I got my call letter for SSB, it was Allahabad and it’s a hoax among us that it’s a rejection center. Amid these thoughts, i prepare well for SSB and in my heart somewhere I was sure of my success the day I qualified the written exam. It was 19 of May we were called to report at MCO on Allahabad Jn. , 42 reported.

Screening was next day and I was pretty sure to make the cut in screening and as per expectations, I was among 24 who got Screened in.

**Positive story, confident narration and active participation in GD are the key factors.

We were returned to our candidate lines and were called at 6:50 AM next day for the psychology test. I write simple, short and positive stories in TAT, attempted all WATs, 47 SRTs, and SD which I prepared already.

**Write your natural responses and attempt at least 45 SRTs.

Then up to chest no.14 were called for the personal interview the same day. I was chest no 5, as I entered the room interviewer wished me warmly and asked to have seat.

All questions were from PIQ and some like why you want to join the army? What you want to join the army? Why should I recommend you?ssb Allahabad recommended

I answered accordingly. In so-called rapid fire I stuck at one place and asked the interviewer that “am I missing something sir” he hinted me and I started answering again. It went about 30-35 minutes and I was confident and calm throughout the interview.

**Prepare PIQ well.

From next early morning GTO started and was best 2 days at SSB. Our GTO was cool and supportive. Command Task, Lecturette, PGT, Individual Obstacles were among my best performances.

Best AFCAT Book –> Let’s Crack AFCAT
Best EKT Book -> Let’s Crack EKT

On last day at GTO, he addresses us all and wished for a better future.

**Be group effective, give ideas and do well in CT.

By my performances, I was quite satisfied and confident about my selection. In the conference I was called in, all officers were sitting in uniform, my interviewer wished me and asked to have seat. He asked me about my stay, where I visited, how many friends did I make, and then give me a situation that “if you got 5 lakh rupees how would you like to spend on candidates welfare at SSB Center.”

I answered confidently and accordingly. Then he asked about my performances in various activities and asked to leave the room. We all were asked to sit in a hall, an officer arrived and addresses all. In the end he called out Chest No. 5,  Chest No. 7 and closed the file, saying “that’s all gentlemen.” It was a feeling that I can’t explain, the moment seems to be unreal. I was among 2 who got selected out of 24.

I stood separate from the crowd because I was knowing that I HAVE IT IN ME and I will make the cut. The hoax that Allahabad is a rejection center proved to be wrong, I enjoyed every moment of my stay there. Now medicals are going on.

Thanks, Friends. Be original and be confident.

Jai Hind.

DO NOT HIDE NUMBER OF SSB ATTEMPTS

There are many candidates who keep asking that they do not remember their previous SSB attempts or particular details related to their previous SSB attempts may it be the btach number or chest number. Recommended From SSB Bangalore For Indian Army In 1st Attempt

Recommended From SSB Bangalore In 1st Attempt

Dear SSB Aspirants, I am Prabodh Deshmukh sharing my experience on how I cracked SSB in my first attempt and got RECOMMENDED for OTA (SSC-NT) 106th course at Bangalore Centre. First,  I wish to thank SSBCrack success stories which started my preparation.
I studied SSBCrack Success Stories on this website which gave me adequate inputs of various ‘Successful Candidates’ experiences in SSB. I thereafter prepared as per tests given in some books. I did real time practices of Intelligence and Reasoning Tests, TAT, SRT, and WAT as per timings were given. I also formed a group of like-minded friends to practice these tests and prepare for the current affairs topic.

However, I had numerous doubts in every Psych test in understanding the correct psychological norms. I had many queries in  GTO tasks and Interview preparation; which I wanted to clear; as the books do not illustrate any micro details. There is no coverage of GK, GA and other PD (Personality Development) Skills in such books which I felt is important.

SSBCrack site gave me excellent inputs. Further, some candidates suggested to me name of Brigadier (retd) Harish Chande, who had been Ex-President of SSB, Sr GTO, Sr Interviewing Officer with rich faculty experience. I approached him and he told me about all SSB Techniques, GK, equipment, technology, soft skills and total PD. Well, everything made a vast improvement in my approach, psyche and methodical preparation for the SSB Interview. And Friends, here I wish to take this opportunity to thank ssbcrack.com in specific and Brigadier Chande sir also whose invaluable guidance has been instrumental in my success.

Recommended Candidates

I practiced routine physical fitness which cleared me in Medical Board without any hassles. So, I like to recommend that you remain fit in physical stamina and keep the body weight as laid down. ‘Running is better than Gym’ was my experience. Believe in yourself and work very hard for at least two months before SSB. Improve your English in written and spoken mode, as much as you can. You must start preparation as early you can.
I recommend that you must read the entire SSBCrack site for their guidance and success stories. These will give you correct direction. If you wish you may interact with Brigadier Chande sir at 9272225698 for guidance. I wish you excellent luck in your Interview and for the dreams to get fulfilled to wear the proud Uniform.
I also want to thank my parents, friends and senior officers from Ncc especially Col.K.S.Dhindsa for believing in me and motivating me. Best of luck gentlemen for your future endeavors, I hope this post will help you as countless other have helped me in the past.

Indian Army Killed Burhan Wani’s Successor Sabzar Bhat + 8 Terrorists

Indian Army Killed Sabzar Bhat

Sabzar Bhat, who succeeded Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani, was among 8 terrorists who have been killed in separate encounters in Jammu and Kashmir today. While two of the terrorists killed were holed up in a building in Pulwama district’s Tral sector, six others were killed by the Indian Army as it foiled an infiltration attempt along the Line of Control or LoC in Rampur sector in Baramulla district.

The operation in Rampur, which is adjoining Uri, was carried out after the alert soldiers noticed suspicious movement along the LoC in the early hours of the morning. “The infiltration attempt has been stopped successfully,” an army official confirmed.

The area has been cordoned off and is being sanitised by the army to ensure that there are no other terrorists in hiding. “Four terrorists were eliminated after an exchange of fire between them and the army. A search operation is being carried out,” the official confirmed.

Rampur sector is close to the Uri sector where the Indian Army on Friday foiled an attack by Pakistan’s Border Action Team or BAT. The two Pakistani intruders, suspected to be members of a Pak Army Border Action Team (BAT), have been eliminated by the Indian Army near a post in the Uri sector of Kashmir located at an altitude of more than 10,000 feet. The intruders had crossed the Line of Control and were very close to an Indian Army post located 600 metres from the LoC.Indian Army Killed Sabzar Bhat

Army officers told NDTV that they are fairly certain the intruders at Uri were part of a Border Action Team looking to mutilate Indian soldiers, or target patrols or posts located along the Line of Control. An AK-47 and a pistol were recovered but, significantly, neither of the intruders was carrying a rucksack, a clear indicator that they had been deployed to attack the Indian Army before escaping back to Pakistan.

On May 1, Pakistani BAT teams had beheaded two Indian soldiers in the Krishna Ghati sector near the Line of Control. BAT teams are said to be composed of highly-trained Pakistani Special Services Group (SSG) commandos in addition to jehadi fighters.
In another incident in Jammu and Kashmir’s Tral sector, around 3 terrorists are holed up and a massive encounter in under way. Security forces have cordoned off the area and are carrying out an operation to smoke out the terrorists who are reportedly trapped in their hideout.

The counter-terror operation is being carried out based on specific information given by the army’s intelligence wing about three unidentified terrorists being holed up in a building.

According to reports, an operation was launched by the troops of the Rashtriya Rifles.

Cleared SSB Interview In 1st Attempt To Join Indian Army OTA Chennai

Cleared SSB Interview In 1st Attempt To Join Indian Army

Good evening I am Mayur Kamat from Mumbai and I would like to share my experience of  CDSE & SSB in the first attempt. My family background is totally civilian and experiencing harsh childhood. My parents divorced when I was in the 2nd standard and my father has single handed brought me up and made me into what I am today. My father is a mechanic by profession with a mere salary of Rs18,500 I am writing this to motivate the youth to never give up on your dreams no matter how hard it gets.

I never thought I could clear my CDSE exams I had scored very little marks in my 12th standard but I studied with the help of my teachers in college and gave the CDSE exam by god’s grace cleared it in the 1st attempt for SSC NT 106 course OTA. For SSB my commanding officers of NCC CDR Dutta and Capt Saniyal with the blogs and videos of SSBCrack played a crucial role to understand the procedure and what to do during SSB

Day 1 :- Reporting

We were told to report on the 8th of April at 2 pm at Bangalore station. There an army bus took us towards the testing centre and we were made to fill up our PIQ and various forms. After dinner, we were sent into our lines and instructions were given for the schedule mod the screening test. As it was my first attempt and having a basic idea about the tests I called for in our room of our group and asked them to kindly co operate and not make a fish market during the discussion we had mock GDs that night before and helped one another to understand and make a good GD.

Day 2:- Screening Test

After having breakfast at 0530 am we proceeded towards the screening tests which constituted of OIR test and PPDT after tea break we were called in for the discussion where our papers were given to us after narrating our individual story the discussion started thanks for the conference we had a day before our discussion went very peacefully and everybody got a chance to speak, I was unanimously chosen by the group to conclude the story. After lunch, we were all gathered in the hall and the chest number of screened in candidates were announced and I was happy enough that I had got screened in.

Day 3:- Psychology tests

On the 3rd day our psychology tests started we had WAT, SRT, PPDT and Self Description

I solved 60 WATS and 56 SRTs I would advise candidates, not to feet and make big sentences keep the simple and to the point, similarly, there is very little time to solve SRTs and PPDT too so be very focused while solving these tests.ssb candidate 3

DAY 4:- GTO Tasks

We started the GTO Tasks with GD the topics given to us were Demonetisation GST and ISIS. Our group spoke on Demonetisation and it is very important to give points and sensible points during the GD donor shout, loose your temper or try to be dominant during the GD. We had GPE which went perfectly as I managed to convince the group about my plan which was infused by ideas from throughout the group.ssb candidate 1

We were then taken out for our PGT & HGT after this we had our snake race which was very enjoyable as the josh amongst all was very high and my NCC training came in handy. It is important to give ideas and keep trying even if you are stuck on a specific obstacle then we had our Command task I was called 8 times by by my team members. Look at the command task properly as there might be some hidden clues which can easily get you across after which was Individual obstacle I completed.9 out of 10 obstacles.  I had my interview on the same day so I rushed into the lines changed into formals and went for my interview. The interviewing Officer was the Dy President of the board my interview lasted for around 2 hours where I was asked about my family, my NCC life, why I plan to join the forces my racing as I was a racer for Sahara Force India I was extensively grilled on GK and chemistry as it was the subject I graduated in. So I would request you to kindly be aware of all the news and also the burning topics. Keep a calm and smiling face throughout the interview and be honest don’t ever lie in an interview.ssb candidate 2

Day 5:- Conference

The day we .were dreading had finally arrived the 5 days had passed in a jiffy. My conference lasted for 3 minutes where the technical officer had some questions  about my racing and family and I Answered them with a cheerful smile, I was also asked if there are any improvement required in the way the SSB is conducted and I replied that I was completely satisfied with the way it was conducted, he wished me the best and my conference ended. After an agonizing wait of 2 hours after having lunch we were again called into the briefing hall where the DY president gave a little speech as to how if we fail we shouldn’t give up and motivated us after which he started taking the numbers of the recommended candidates. My joy knew no bounds when I found out that I had finally cracked SSB in the 1st attempt. I immediately called my father who was extremely happy. My advice for all out there is never look upon yourself as if you are inferior we all have capabilities that only have sky as the limit and that no matter where you come from if you are a mechanic’s son like me or an officer’s son/daughter if you give your 100% victory is definitely yours just never stop trying.

As per the latest news, the wreckage of Indian air force Sukhoi 30 MKI which went missing near the India-China border on May 23 is found.  The jet took off around 9:30 am on Tuesday on a routine training sortie and went off the radar near the Doulasang area of Arunachal Pradesh, which borders China. The last contact with the pilots was around 11:30 am, when the aircraft was nearly 60 km north of Tezpur; the wreckage has been found in the same area. The Tezpur Air Force station is 172 km from the China border.

One of the two pilots of the Sukhoi30 MKI fighter which went missing in Assam a couple of days back is a native of Kozhikode. The missing pilot is Flight Lieutenant Achudev (25) from Panniyurkulam in Pantheerankaavu in Kozhikode district. The other pilot is a squadron leader from South India. According to IAF spokesperson, a C130 J Super Hercules aircraft with electrooptical payload, an Advanced Light Helicopter, and Chetak helicopters have been tasked for the search mission. Till now, no breakthrough has been made in locating the aircraft and the pilots. Marginal weather prevailing at the area being searched is hampering the search operations.

Wreckage of Sukhoi-30 Found Near China Pilots Missing

The wreckage of Indian Air Force’s Sukhoi-30 fighter jet, which went missing on May 23 near China border, has been found in Rupa Valley in Arunachal Pradesh. There is no word  on the two pilots on board the jet so far. A Sukhoi-30, C-130 aircraft with electro-optical payload and ALH helicopters of the IAF are being utilised to retrieve the remains of the combat jet.

The jet with two pilots on board was on a routine sortie when it went missing on Tuesday morning around 60 km northwest of Tezpur airbase in Assam. There were reports of adverse weather in the area when multi-role combat  jet lost contact with  the ground  control.

China on Wednesday said it had “no information” on the missing jet.

Asked if China had any information about the jet and whether it had offered information to India, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang told reporters, “First of all, on the eastern section of China India border, our position is consistent and clear. We have been following the situation in South Tibet very closely,” he said, using the term China uses for Arunachal Pradesh which it has claims on.

“As for the situation you mentioned, I have no relevant information to offer at the moment,” he added.

The country’s frontline SU-30 MKI aircraft was inducted in the Tezpur air base on June 15, 2009.

At present, two squadrons comprising around 36 aircraft are deployed at Tezpur for guarding the China-India border in Arunachal Pradesh.
