What is the age criteria for that entry? Eg.-194 pilot (ncc entry)

sir can u tell me why iaf spl entry has 60% cut off and less seats not even specified + in afcat no seats in flying and only 10% in tech and gd wtf???, why its not published in paper and also not like navy and army the age limits are also same for the cds and spl entry and also % 60 like afcat then whats the use of it(u can see the result only less then 80
cadets called) ?? same cadets eligible in both cdse not a piece of cake for every 1 for afa and ncc cadets being goo in flying and technical not get good chances as the units are open u have tp join out side college ,attendance affects % and also ( u knw for % attend college regularly) and for navy u can see 55% and age limit 24 yrs (2 yrs relaxation) for cadets and also 2 yr relaxation in cdse as age limit is 22 and for ncc cadets navy 24 yrs + 6 vacany in every entry, if u see for army 25 age limit for ota 50 seats and 50% only hope of airwing cadets + army cadets ,in cdse ima 32 seats in each entry thats goo for all ncc cadets if they clear it
sir NCC spl entry for Indian Airforce is never published so how can we apply for this,i’ve lost many chances,i went to my ncc unit also from time to time but they say no advertisement came and some times they say a fax came that all candidates for NCC spl entry must apply in two days,so sir how would we know about this we are not magician.NCC spl entry for Army is well published in newspapers,but no signs of Indian Airforce NCC spl entry.
