Both dignitaries exchanged views on strategies to further strengthen the existing collaboration between the armed forces and the civil administration, emphasizing the need for seamless coordination and mutual support to address common challenges and achieve shared objectives.

Following his meeting with the Hon’ble Governor, COAS General Manoj Pande proceeded to the headquarters of Western Command, where he was warmly received by the Commanders and senior officials.

During his visit, he was briefed comprehensively on various facets of operational readiness, prevailing security situation, and ongoing capability and infrastructure development initiatives undertaken by the command.
