Commandant of 2 Signal Training Centre Meets Hon’ble Governor of Goa

In a significant development aimed at enhancing support for veterans and their families, Brigadier A S Sawhney, the Commandant of 2 Signal Training Centre and Station Commander of Goa Military Station, recently had a productive interaction with Shri P S Sreedharan Pillai, the Honโ€™ble Governor of Goa.

Recognizing the invaluable contributions and sacrifices made by veterans in service to the nation, the Honโ€™ble Governorโ€™s efforts to expand the scope of state employment opportunities for veterans are poised to provide meaningful avenues for their continued service and engagement post-retirement.

Moreover, Brigadier Sawhney also expressed appreciation for the Honโ€™ble Governorโ€™s decision to augment the Ex Gratia amount for the families of bravehearts who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
