MEG & Centre Bengaluru Hosts Fitness Training Capsule on CHI Running and CHI Walking

In a bid to promote holistic fitness and enhance the physical preparedness of its personnel, the prestigious MEG & Centre in Bengaluru recently organized a specialized fitness training capsule focused on CHI Running and CHI Walking.

The enlightening event, spearheaded by the esteemed Col Avdhesh (Retired), a certified instructor in the domain, aimed to equip instructors and staff with cutting-edge knowledge and techniques to optimize their running and walking routines.

The five-day training capsule, held from April 25th to April 29th, delved deep into the nuances of CHI Running and CHI Walking, innovative approaches to fitness that emphasize alignment, relaxation, and efficiency in movement.

Col Avdhesh, drawing upon his extensive expertise and experience, led engaging lectures and practical sessions aimed at providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of these techniques.
