The Workshop Company Commanders Course-127 concluded with a prestigious ceremony held in Secunderabad. Lt Gen Neeraj Varshney, VSM, Commandant of MCEME and Colonel Commandant of the Corps of EME, awarded prizes to the top officers of the course.
Maj Tejesh Bissa was honored with the GOC-in-C ARTRAC book prize and the Commandant’s Gold Medal for standing first in merit. Maj Hemant Bhakuni received the Commandant’s Silver Medal for achieving the second position.
In his address, Lt Gen Varshney emphasized the importance of leadership during crises and critical situations, highlighting the significance of attitude and character. He encouraged the officers to choose the difficult right over the easy wrong, reinforcing the values essential for effective leadership.
