Sapta Shakti Command Hosts Successful Boxing Trials

In a display of remarkable athleticism and soldierly determination, the Sapta Shakti Command hosted its highly anticipated Boxing Trials from May 27 to May 30, 2024. Organized by the Dot On Tgt Division, these trials were conducted to identify and select the most talented and capable boxers to represent the Command at the upcoming Army Championship.

The event saw participation from 89 aspiring boxers competing across thirteen weight categories, showcasing an indomitable spirit, soldierly grit, and sportsmanship.

The Sapta Shakti Command Boxing Trials have long been recognized as a premier event for military boxers to demonstrate their skills and earn the honor of representing their Command.

This year’s trials lived up to expectations, bringing together boxers from various units within the Command, all vying for a spot in the elite team that will compete at the Army Championship.

The trials were conducted at the Dot On Tgt Division’s state-of-the-art boxing facility, which was equipped to host the intense competition. The event was meticulously planned to ensure fair play, with certified referees and judges overseeing the matches.
