The Indian Army will organise MILMEDICON-2025, an international conference on physical and mental trauma in military environments, at the Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi, on August 28–29, 2025. The event is being conducted under the Ministry of Defence’s declared “Year of Reforms” and will be led by the Director General of Medical Services (Army).
The conference will bring together global experts, scholars, and practitioners to discuss advanced combat trauma care, the role of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in healthcare, and innovative emergency medical responses.
Delegates from several Friendly Foreign Countries (FFCs) will participate, further strengthening international cooperation in military medicine.
MILMEDICON-2025 also holds special significance as it will commemorate the Centenary of the Military Nursing Service (MNS), honouring their contribution and symbolising Nari Shakti in combat medical care.
Alongside scientific sessions and panel discussions, the event will feature the Army Medical Corps Scientific Gallery and the MNS Centenary Gallery, showcasing milestones in military healthcare and cutting-edge research.
The two-day event is expected to foster collaboration, innovation, and global knowledge exchange in the field of military medicine.
