Lieutenant Colonel Sumit Sharma, a Research and Professional Officer (RPO) from the Department of Medical Research, Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, has brought pride to the Armed Forces Medical Services by securing First Place in the Best Scientific Research Paper category and Third Position in the National IES (Indian Endodontic Society) Case Contest at the 33rd IES Conference held at Kala Academy, Panjim, Goa, from October 31 to November 2, 2025.
