Major General Dharm Raj Rai, SM, VSM, Commandant of Selection Centre East (SCE), conducted a Talent Outreach Programme for undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Prayagraj.
The interactive session aimed to motivate young minds to consider a career in the Indian Armed Forces and to guide them on leadership, discipline, and personal growth. Addressing the gathering, Maj Gen Rai shared his insights on Service Selection Board (SSB) preparation, emphasizing the significance of self-awareness, communication skills, and a balanced personality in achieving success.

He urged students to maintain a purposeful daily routine aligned with their long-term life goals, describing it as the true foundation of success and character building. Highlighting the Armed Forces as a career of honour, adventure, and lifelong learning, he encouraged participants to embrace challenges and contribute to the nationโs progress through service and excellence.
