Lieutenant General Manoj Kumar Katiyar, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, Army Commander, conducted an extensive two-day review of operational preparedness across the entire Command Theatre, reaffirming the Army’s commitment to maintaining a high state of readiness and adaptability amid evolving security challenges.

During his comprehensive tour, the Army Commander interacted with troops deployed in forward areas, motivating every Jawan on the ground and commending their professionalism, resilience, and dedication to duty.

On the concluding day of his visit, Lt Gen Katiyar inspected the formidable Vajra Corps, where he commended the formations for their razor-sharp combat readiness, seamless technological integration, and adherence to modern warfare doctrines—qualities he described as the hallmarks of an agile, adaptive, and future-ready force.
Emphasising the importance of innovation in combat readiness, the Army Commander urged all ranks to maintain an offensive mindset, adopt innovative tactics, and ensure greater synergy in proactive operations. He highlighted that technology absorption and battlefield adaptability are vital to preserving India’s operational edge in a dynamic threat environment.

Lt Gen Katiyar reiterated that adaptability and innovation remain the key pillars of military excellence, calling upon the troops to stay mission-focused, technologically empowered, and operationally integrated to meet any challenge with speed and precision.
