Lieutenant General H. S. Vandra, Chief of Staff (COS) of the Sapta Shakti Command, reviewed the operational preparedness of the Sarvada Agrani Brigade during the Annual Combat Engineering Training Camp, reaffirming the Command’s focus on capability enhancement and mission readiness.
During the visit, Lt Gen Vandra assessed key engineering tasks, field preparedness, and the formation’s ability to execute complex operational roles under realistic conditions. He interacted with troops and training staff, noting the high standards of technical skill, battlefield innovation and professionalism demonstrated throughout the camp.
The COS commended the formation for its sustained commitment to excellence, urging all ranks to continue strengthening their operational proficiency and adaptability in line with evolving battlefield requirements. He highlighted the critical role of combat engineers in enabling mobility, survivability and infrastructure support during operations.
