Lieutenant General Hitesh Bhalla, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Fire and Fury Corps, visited the Forever In Operations Division to review its operational preparedness and combat readiness.

During the visit, Lt Gen Bhalla interacted with troops deployed in challenging high-altitude terrain, appreciating their professionalism, resilience and unwavering commitment to safeguarding the nation’s borders despite harsh weather and difficult operating conditions.

The GOC urged all ranks to embrace new and emerging technologies in the field of national security, emphasising that technological adaptation, combined with rigorous training and high morale, remains critical to maintaining operational superiority in evolving threat environments.

The visit reaffirmed the Fire and Fury Corps’ focus on sustained vigilance, combat readiness and future-oriented force development in strategically sensitive areas.
