Lt Gen RC Tiwari, Army Commander of the Eastern Command, visited the Panagarh Military Station and the Nabagram Military Station on 05 February 2026 to review the prevailing security situation, infrastructure development initiatives, and operational preparedness of the formations in the region.

During the visit, the Army Commander was briefed on key operational aspects, force readiness, and ongoing infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing combat capability and administrative efficiency. He reviewed measures being undertaken to strengthen preparedness and sustain high standards of operational effectiveness in a dynamic security environment.
