Exercise Golabari was conducted at the Asan Field Firing Range, where Officer Cadets of Indian Military Academy carried out intensive attack- and defence-oriented operations under realistic battlefield conditions.

During the exercise, the cadets executed tactical manoeuvres by day and night, assessing simulated threats and responding decisively through live firing. The drills tested their ability to apply combat tactics, maintain situational awareness and make timely decisions in dynamic operational scenarios.
The live-fire component reinforced weapon handling skills, fire control measures and coordination at various levels, replicating the pressures of modern combat environments. Emphasis was placed on accuracy, discipline and adherence to safety protocols throughout the exercise.

Ex Golabari served as a crucial training milestone, sharpening the cadetsโ warfighting skills and preparing them for future leadership roles in the Indian Army through realistic, combat-oriented training.
