Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Western Air Command, conducted an operational visit to a frontline Air Force Station to assess its combat preparedness and operational capabilities.

During the visit, the Air Marshal reviewed the station’s readiness posture and was briefed on ongoing operational commitments. Interacting with air warriors and personnel, he commended their exceptional morale, professional excellence and resolute dedication in maintaining the highest standards of operational preparedness.

As part of the visit, Air Marshal Mishra flew an operational sortie in a Chinook heavy-lift helicopter, reaffirming leadership engagement with frontline platforms and operational crews.
