Lieutenant General Adosh Kumar, PVSM, AVSM, SM, Director General of Artillery, visited the Golden Key Gunners formation to review its technological initiatives, operational readiness and indigenous capability development.
During the visit, the DG Artillery observed a range of advanced projects and training initiatives, including Drone Design and Testing Laboratories and the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Training Node, highlighting the Indian Army’s growing emphasis on technology-driven warfare.

Push for Indigenous Innovation
The formation showcased efforts aimed at designing, testing and integrating drone technologies and other modern systems to enhance battlefield precision and situational awareness. These initiatives reflect the Army’s focus on developing indigenous capabilities under the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision.

DG Medallion Awarded to Achievers
Lt Gen Adosh Kumar also presented the DG Medallion to selected personnel in recognition of their exceptional contributions to technical innovation, operational effectiveness and capability development within the artillery arm.
