Lieutenant General Sumer Ivan D’Cunha, PVSM, SM, visited Kanpur to review the operational preparedness and combat readiness of the Army Air Defence formations under Uttar Bharat Area.

During the visit, the senior Army officer assessed the force’s preparedness to counter evolving aerial threats, including unmanned aerial systems and other multi-domain challenges. He also reviewed ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing operational capabilities through innovation and advanced technologies.
