Air Marshal Narmdeshwar Tiwari (Retd) addressed the officers of the 82nd Staff Course and faculty at the Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), Wellington, delivering an insightful lecture on the “Contemporary Evolution of Aerospace Power: Imperatives for India.”
