How To Perform Well In GTO Section Of SSB : SSB is divided into three sub rounds where each and every aspirant is judged individually and separately by different assessors so that a perfect selection can be made without any biases. The officers for the Indian defence forces are selected based on these SSB who are always ready to serve our motherland. SSB has psychology, Interview and ground task under the name of GTO. In this article, we will be discussing some precautions that the aspirants should take on the ground which can fetch better results. GTO has internal and external rounds. Some rounds will be conducted inside a shed or at some place where there is no physical strength is required while other qualities are checked. Few other rounds have individual performance while few have group testing and performance. Follow the below mentioned points:

- Whatever be the round conducted under GTO whether its internal GTO or external GTO all are psychologically judged to look for OLQ’s so introspect yourself before properly to get a perfect match in your personality and whatever you do in the ground.
- Everyone is interested in your qualities and not whether how physically strong you are. I have seen certain candidates giving more weightage to stamina, body building for GTO which are actually not needed. No doubt if they are good, but they should not be the priority.
