In a significant demonstration of maritime cooperation and cultural exchange, the India Coast Guard (ICG) had the pleasure of hosting college students from the Ho Chi Minh University of Social and Humanity and the University of Foreign Trade, Vietnam, aboard the ICG Ship Samudra Paheredar during its Overseas Deployment (OSD) to Ho Chi Minh City.

The visit provided a unique opportunity for the young generation of Vietnam to gain firsthand insights into maritime operations and interact with National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets who were also embarked on the ICG ship.

This exchange not only fostered a deeper understanding of maritime security and operations but also contributed to the strengthening of bilateral ties between India and Vietnam.
