Often dubbed the “Ironman of Racket Sports,” Racketlon is a demanding sport that combines Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, and Lawn Tennis, which tests players’ all-around proficiency and endurance. Brigadier Narain secured the Runner-Up position in this prestigious international competition, which took place at the Willingdon Sports Club in Mumbai from November 29 to December 1.
Competing in both the Singles and Doubles categories, Brigadier Narain showcased extraordinary skill, determination, and versatility, making a notable mark on the global stage. His journey in Racketlon has been one of consistent triumph, and just the month prior, in October 2024, he had claimed titles in the Over-50 Singles and Doubles categories at the All India Racketlon Championship, also held at the same venue. Brigadier Narain’s remarkable sports career began with squash, where he represented India at the Asian Squash Championship in 2000.
