In a key visit aimed at assessing operational readiness and infrastructure development, Maj Gen Vikas Bhardwaj, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Jharkhand & Bihar Sub Area, toured the Punjab Regiment Centre at the Ramgarh Military Station.
