Captain Manoj Pandey, PVC once wrote in his diaryย  โ€œSome goals are so worthy, itโ€™s glorious even to failโ€œ.

Check out the following points that can help you in achieving success.

Passion and Blind Approach are far Different

  • Most of the people are very much possessive about their aim. Repeaters have met many people who are not passionate to join army but are following it blindly. Ask yourself, are you fit for the job or not. Everybody is fit for different jobs and if you are not then try to be.

Aim should Always be in your Mind

  • Whenever you do anything, always keep your aim in your mind. With your aim embedded within your mind, take your actions accordingly.

There is a well known quotation which states that โ€œDreams are not those which appears when you sleep, but dreams are those which donโ€™t let you to sleep.โ€

Time is Unrecoverable

  • Donโ€™t waste your time in un-necessary task. Rather utilize it in those task with high priority. Saving time does not means that stop playing sports or avoiding outings. It means donโ€™t waste time in the works that are not beneficial to you anyhow. Manage time according to the need and importance.

Think about Solving Problem, not about Creating more Problems

  • Approaching the aim is the task where you will face several problems and obstacles. Major or minor, your first task should be to solve them. Never get involved in fragmenting more problems from them. Make your own plan to solve them and remember them as an experience in future.Indian army officers

Know the Requirements and Inculcate them

  • Itโ€™s not simple to get through your aim. First of all, you must know what is required in you for getting into it. Most of the times, what people do is they try to copy the successful people. STOP COPYING. Qualities canโ€™t be copied. Everybody has a different way to handle his/her personality and respond according to your qualities. So inculcate them instead of copying them.

Higher the Post, more will be the Responsibility

  • All aspirants, who are doing dedicated efforts to achieve their aim must know that, higher the post you are approaching, more will be the responsibility and tougher the selection process. The responsibilities may differ in different fields. So prepare accordingly.

Hardwork overcome Luck

  • If you are approaching the aim delicately, then donโ€™t depend on luck. Luck only helps those who works hard. Itโ€™s better to leave then to depend on luck. Work hard and smart to make your way from the crowds and achieve what you want.

At last I want to tell you the last point,

โ€˜If you run behind two rabbits you wonโ€™t catch either.โ€™

The verdict of this statement is that always approach single aim at one time.
