Major Pankaj Bhatt, a participant in the Aviation Technology Course at the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME), has secured a top-three position in the MyGov national essay competition themed “Operation Sindoor – Redefining India’s Policy Against Terrorism.” The contest, organised by the Ministry of Defence as part of the 2025 Independence Day celebrations, saw 20,557 entries from across India.
