The event highlighted Indiaโs growing defence self-reliance, with a strong focus on drones, counter-drone technologies, IT applications, and operational capability enhancers.
Military personnel demonstrated cutting-edge systems including vehicle-mounted weapons, handheld drones, and advanced counter-drone platforms, reflecting the Armyโs emphasis on leveraging homegrown solutions for battlefield effectiveness.
According to experts, the showcased technologies are strategically significant as they draw from global warfare trends and focus on niche capabilities like artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, and advanced sensors. These innovations will undergo evaluation through R&D, Design and Development, and Army Technology Board projects before induction into service.
