Territorial Army written exam was conducted on 28 July 2019 across the country, lakhs of men and women attend the TA exam to join the territorial army. TA exam consists of two different question papers namely Paper-1 and Paper-2, each paper has four different sets namely A1, A2, A3 and A4. All the sets have the same questions in a random manner. The territorial army exam was started at 10 AM till 12 PM for the Paper-1 and from 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM for paper-2. Paper-1 Reasoning and Elementary Mathematics
- The TA paper-1 reasoning section was moderate, questions were asked from series, the odd one out, relationship, coding-decoding, statements and conclusions, figure series, Venn diagrams, paper cutting, number of figures along with some aptitude questions.
- The TA paper-1 elementary mathematics section was a little lengthy and required practice beforehand with shortcut tricks. Questions were asked from simplification, factorization, LCM HCF, Ratio, Profit and Loss, Time and Work, Percentage, Interest, Time, Speed and Distance, Angles, Circles, Area and Volume, Trignometry etc.
Paper-2 General Knowledge and English
- The TA paper-2 General Knowledge section was easy, questions were asked from the polity, general science, history, and current affairs, current affairs questions were asked from recent news like Cricket World cup and defense-related news. Overall it GK section was easier this time.
- The TA paper-2 English section was also a cakewalk for the aspirants, the questions were asked from, grammar, antonyms, synonym, jumbled sentences, sentence correction, error detection, and comprehension passage. Overall, paper-2 was easier this time.

Territorial Army July 2019 Result
The result for the territorial army exam conducted on 28 July 2019 will be declared on the official website of the Territorial Army within two months of time. Success candidates will be facing the Preliminary Interview Board in their respective zone.
