The Indian Navy has officially commissioned its first squadron of MH-60R Seahawk helicopters, designated as INAS 334, at INS Garuda, part of the Southern Naval Command (SNC) in Kochi. This significant addition to the Indian Navyโs aerial fleet is aimed at bolstering its operational capabilities, particularly in terms of maritime security.
The MH-60R Seahawk, known for its flexibility, reach, and versatility, represents a substantial upgrade in the Indian Navyโs ability to perform a wide range of missions.
