The ELF activation witnessed a diverse range of aircraft operations, showcasing the IAF’s multi-role capabilities and operational versatility. Notably, the C-295 MW and Tejas aircraft conducted their maiden operations from the ELF, underscoring their adaptability and effectiveness in diverse operational environments.

In addition to the C-295 MW and Tejas, other aircraft including the Jaguar, An-32, Mi-17 V5, and Cheetah also operated from the facility, demonstrating their ability to perform a wide range of missions, including reconnaissance, transport, and logistics support.

The operations included critical tasks such as loading of stores, turn around servicing, and logistic airlift, highlighting the IAF’s ability to rapidly deploy and sustain its operations even in remote or austere environments.

The ELF activation also reflects the close coordination and collaboration between the IAF and various government organizations involved in the planning and execution of such initiatives.

By leveraging the expertise and resources of multiple stakeholders, the IAF is able to maximize the effectiveness of its operational initiatives and achieve its strategic objectives more efficiently.

Looking ahead, the IAF remains committed to further enhancing its operational capabilities and strengthening its infrastructure to meet the evolving security challenges facing the nation.
