In a significant step towards strengthening military-civil cooperation, the Shivneri Brigade under the aegis of the Golden Katar Division successfully conducted a comprehensive two-week Counter-Terrorism Capsule for 100 Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel. The training was held at the Foreign Training and Military Civil Fusion Training Node, Pune, from September 8 to 20, 2025.
The capsule covered a wide range of operational modules, including Army Martial Arts Training Routine (AMAR), weapon handling, Quick Reaction Team (QRT) drills, room intervention, survival training, and familiarization with the functioning of the Indian Army. The training aimed at equipping CISF personnel with core combat skills, enhancing situational responsiveness, and fostering operational synergy.
This initiative is part of the Military-Civil Fusion training program, reflecting the shared vision of developing a more integrated and resilient administrative framework. By enhancing joint preparedness, the program seeks to strengthen internal security mechanisms, improve disaster response coordination, and further contribute to nation-building efforts.
Officials noted that such joint training capsules not only sharpen tactical proficiency but also reinforce the spirit of cooperation and mutual trust between the armed forces and central police organizations.
