RIMC Cadets Break All Records, Secure Top 3 Ranks in NDA (I) 2025 Final Merit List

Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), Dehradun, has once again carved its name in golden letters of excellence with a historic achievement in the UPSC NDA & NA (I) 2025 Final Merit List. In an unprecedented feat, RIMC cadets have clinched the All India Top Three Ranks — Vaibhav Kumar (AIR 1), Deepansu (AIR 2), and Abhishek Kumar (AIR 3) — a first in the history of the examination. This extraordinary result reaffirms RIMC’s century-long tradition of academic brilliance, discipline, and leadership that continues to produce the finest officers for the Indian Armed Forces.

RIMC’s latest success builds upon its previous triumph in the NDA (II) 2025 written examination, where 22 out of 27 cadets cleared the test an impressive 82% success rate. Such consistent achievements make RIMC not only the most prestigious feeder institution for the Armed Forces but also a benchmark for military preparatory education in India.

The institution’s success can be credited to its rigorous training ecosystem and the unwavering support of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC), Shimla. Under the dynamic leadership of Colonel Rahul Agarwal, Commandant, RIMC has continuously pushed the boundaries of excellence through structured academic preparation, personality development, and exposure to real-world military environments.
