The Leadership & Management Course concluded at the Junior Leaders Academy (JLA), Bareilly on December 10, 2025, successfully training Junior Leaders from the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Assam Rifles, along with 18 Junior Leaders from friendly foreign countries.
Conducted over a period of six weeks, the course focused on strengthening leadership, management and decision-making skills required by Junior Leaders in modern operational environments. The training combined theoretical inputs with practical leadership exercises aimed at building confidence, discipline and operational awareness.

During the closing address, the Commandant, JLA, emphasised the crucial role played by Junior Leaders in upholding the ethos of the Indian Army. He underlined their responsibility to set the highest standards of discipline and training, which are essential for building a capable and future-ready force.

For his outstanding performance and exemplary leadership qualities throughout the course, CHM Sukhdev Singh of 7 SIKH was adjudged the Overall Best Student. The achievement reflects his dedication, professionalism and commitment to excellence.

The successful conclusion of the course once again highlighted Junior Leaders Academy, Bareillyโs role as a premier institution in nurturing effective grassroots leadership within the Indian Armed Forces and among partner nations.
