The Indian Military Academy (IMA) witnessed an impressive display of discipline, precision and military bearing during the Commandant’s Parade held on December 11, 2025. The parade, conducted by the Passing Out Course, reflected the highest traditions of the Academy and set a strong benchmark ahead of the much-awaited Passing Out Parade (POP) scheduled for December 13, 2025.
Cadets demonstrated immaculate drill movements, sharp coordination and flawless turnout, underscoring the rigorous training and leadership values instilled at IMA. The synchronised march, confident bearing and attention to detail during the parade highlighted the transformation of the cadets into officers ready to shoulder responsibilities in the Indian Armed Forces.

The Commandant’s Parade serves as a crucial milestone in the training cycle, offering a final opportunity to assess the cadets’ preparedness before commissioning. The outstanding standards displayed during the parade have heightened anticipation for the Grand Finale — the Passing Out Parade — where the cadets will formally march into the officer cadre.

With just two days remaining for the historic ceremony, the atmosphere at IMA resonates with pride, anticipation and a deep sense of commitment to duty, honour and country.
