Lieutenant General Rajesh Pushkar, AVSM, VSM, General Officer Commanding (GOC) Kharga Corps, reviewed an Operational Logistics Exercise conducted by Pine Division, based on the Forward Logistics Node model, aimed at enhancing combat sustainment in high-tempo operations.

The exercise showcased a transformational logistics framework designed to ensure rapid, flexible and resilient support to frontline forces. It demonstrated how forward-positioned logistics nodes can significantly improve responsiveness, mobility and endurance of combat formations during dynamic battlefield conditions.

Lt Gen Pushkar commended the strong operational synergy forged between the Strike Corps and Pivot Corps, highlighting how integrated logistics planning has enhanced the flexibility and employment options of Kharga Corps. He appreciated the professional approach, innovation in logistics concepts and the high morale displayed by all ranks during the exercise.

The GOC emphasised that such adaptive logistics models are critical for future battles, where speed, sustainability and integration will be decisive factors. The exercise reaffirmed Kharga Corps’ focus on sharpening its combat edge through modern logistics, joint planning and preparedness for evolving operational challenges.
