Major General Jai Singh Bainsla, SM, Additional Director General (ADG) of Assam Rifles, interacted with Assam Rifles personnel deployed on counter-terrorism operations in Jammu and Kashmir, reinforcing the forceโs commitment to operational effectiveness and troop welfare in a challenging security environment.

During the visit, the ADG enquired about the well-being of officers and troops and took stock of the operational challenges faced on the ground. He engaged closely with the personnel, listening to their experiences and concerns while assessing the prevailing counter-terrorism posture.
