Lieutenant General Sandeep Jain, AVSM, SM, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C), Southern Command, awarded the prestigious Southern Command GOC-in-C Commendation Card to Subedar Raj Kumar of 2 Gujarat Independent Company NCC and Havildar Mohan Singh of NCC Directorate Gujarat during his visit to Ahmedabad.
