The Inter-Company Drill Competition for the Summer Term was conducted at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Gaya, on August 14, 2026, providing officer cadets an opportunity to demonstrate their standards of drill, discipline, coordination and military bearing.
The competition witnessed cadets from various companies compete in a series of coordinated drill movements, with participants displaying immaculate drill, precision and exceptional team spirit. The event highlighted the importance of synchronisation and collective effort in developing the qualities expected of future military leaders.
Throughout the competition, the participating companies demonstrated a high degree of discipline, confidence and determination. The cadets executed their movements with precision while maintaining proper military bearing and coordination, reflecting the rigorous training imparted at OTA Gaya.
Hajipir Company emerged as the Champion Company after delivering an outstanding performance. The company demonstrated excellent synchronisation, discipline and determination, standing out among the participating teams during the competition.

The Commandant, OTA Gaya, presented the Inter-Company Drill Competition Trophy to Hajipir Company in recognition of its winning performance. The Commandant congratulated the cadets and appreciated their dedication, discipline and competitive spirit.
Addressing the cadets, the Commandant exhorted them to continue their training with the same enthusiasm, determination and team spirit. He emphasised the importance of maintaining high standards of discipline and military bearing throughout their training and future careers as commissioned officers.
