National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets visited the official residence of the Chief of the Army Staff during the traditional ‘At Home’ event, where they were accorded a warm and gracious welcome, making the occasion lively, memorable, and deeply inspiring.
The cadets were delighted by the cordial atmosphere and generous hospitality, which offered them a unique opportunity to experience the Indian Army’s traditions in an informal and welcoming setting. The event allowed young cadets to interact closely with senior leadership in a relaxed environment, strengthening their sense of pride and belonging.

The Chief of the Army Staff, General Upendra Dwivedi, along with other senior officers, interacted informally with the cadets, motivating and encouraging them to pursue excellence, discipline, and service to the nation.
Adding to the inspiration, the cadets also had the opportunity to meet distinguished sportspersons who have brought laurels to the country while serving in uniform. These included Hokato Hotozhe Sema (Subedar, Paralympics – Shot Put), B Dheeraj (Subedar, Archery), Jaismine Lamboria (Naib Subedar, Boxing), and Sanjay Kumar, Param Vir Chakra awardee and Honorary Captain.
