Niks Academy was established in May 2010 by Col Nikhil Diwanji and Brig A K Arora and till Feb 2013 it has 74 selections out of less than 500 students till date.The aim and mission of Niks Academy is to encourage, motivate guide students to join defence forces.
Indore being the commercial capital of MP a lot of motivation is needed to be given to youngsters to join defence forces for that regular seminars are conducted. The biggest motivation which is given by the Niks Academy is to take all interested persons irrespective of age groups for Army Tanks and gun fire demos at Mhow ranges every three months.
The academy is located in pristine area of Regional park and has hostel for boys and girls( with in campus), complete out door obstacle course and GTO training area and well furnished class rooms.
The SSB training is conducted strictly as per DIPR ( Defence Institute of Psychological Research ). The crash course of SSB training is of one month ( no short term courses are conducted ) and the students who have taken training for more than 2 / 3 months have benefited the most.

The total focus of SSB training is to assess, mold, nurture and develop the personality , build confidence with emphasis on character building. The batches start every 1st and 15th of month so that there is a over lap of old trained students and new students.
Very highly experienced faculties coach for the written exams like NDA , CDS and AFCAT and have got a very high success rate. In fact Niks Academy is pioneer in all India to start AFCAT coaching batches and had 11 selections out 13 students. The crash course for these written exams is for 4 months. The written exam batches start on 1 st Oct and 1 st May each year .
The fee structure for both SSB training as well as written exam coaching is very affordable even to aspirants from middle class family.

Experienced trainers imparting highly skilled training on all aspects of SSB (Services Selection Board) Interviews. GD, PI, Psychological Tests, Physical Training, Obstacle Training, Various Group Tasks and Confidence Building Exercises conducted. Curriculum is designed to include growth, soft skill training, public speaking, personality development eloquence techniques, presentation skills, strategic planning, interview competence training and English speaking.
