Being over friendly will disclose all those things which you should not.
- Speak What Is Asked – Whenever candidates starts practicing for the SSB interview, the first thing that they should learn is to speak what is asked. Don’t give extra details until you are told to do so. Don’t give examples of your actions without being asked by the IO. Just tell him what he wants.
- Criticism Is Non-Adjustability – Every candidate is asked about his relations with family, friends, teachers, relatives etc. to check his adjustability. Every person has experience of tackling bad personality in his friend circle or other groups. But keep those out of the discussions in interview. Whenever you criticize or point out mistakes or shortcomings of any other person, your non-adjustability is surfaced.
- Listen And Respond Attentively – While practicing for personal interview, the candidate must inculcate is to grasp what is being questioned and reply according to it. Going out of the way will either trap you in your own points or will leave you in a dead end.
- The Interview Is PIQ Oriented – Before starting practice for an interview, just check and dissolve the PIQ in your mind. Your details must not contradict with what you are saying. Your achievements, hobbies, interests, sports, curricular activities, etc. are some of the topics that can branch more questions. So prepare for them with examples, experiences, etc.
- Control Your Posture And Actions – Always control your movements and posture in personal interview and conference. Excessive hand movement depicts your low confidence, shivering, sweating, shaking legs etch shows prevalence of stress and weak mind.
