Indian Army, SSB, and Manipur Police Conduct Successful Joint Operation

In a significant development in the ongoing efforts to maintain peace and security in the region, the Indian Army, in collaboration with the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and Manipur Police, conducted a successful joint search operation in the Khujoi Rok Nala area of Sadu Kabui Village in Bishnupur, Manipur.

The operation resulted in the recovery of a substantial cache of arms and ammunition, including firearms and grenades.

During the operation, the joint team recovered a significant quantity of arms and ammunition, including 1x 9mm Carbine Machine Gun, 1x Sten Gun, 1x .303 Rifle, 1x 9mm pistol, 1x Anti-riot gun, 14x Grenades, and various other war-like stores.

The recovery of such a substantial cache of weapons highlights the seriousness of the threat posed by illicit arms smuggling networks in the region.
