Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) of the Sapta Shakti Command, inspected the operational preparedness of the Dot On Target Division.
During his visit, the Army Commander reviewed training activities at the Formation Drone Centre of Excellence and the Counter-Drone Tinkering Lab. He was also briefed on the innovative initiatives being undertaken to enhance operational capabilities through Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
Lt Gen Singh lauded the efforts of all ranks for integrating emerging technologies into training and operations, particularly in the field of drone and counter-drone warfare. He emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards of professionalism, innovation, and readiness to meet evolving security challenges.
The visit underlined the Indian Army’s continued focus on leveraging advanced technologies and indigenously developed solutions to strengthen its operational edge.
