The Air Force Academy (AFA), located at Dundigal near Hyderabad, Telangana, is the premier training establishment of the Indian Air Force (IAF) responsible for shaping future officers into competent air warriors. Established in 1971, the academy plays a pivotal role in training Flight Cadets from across India and friendly foreign nations, preparing them for various branches of the IAF, including Flying, Technical, and Ground Duty.
