My SSB Interview Success Story

ssb interview story

Hello future officers I am Abhinay Yadav. I got recommended from Bhopal for Indian Army. I am writing this article especially for Repeaters, because I know the pain when we do not get recommend in SSB. I have gone through the same ggony, but ssbcrack.com articles used to alleviate my pain. I read almost all articles of ssbcrack.com and got many motivating thoughts like.

“If you are failing to prepare then you are preparing to Fail”.
My personal conviction is that we have been PERSEVERANCE to clear the SSB.
It was NDA when I first time in my life tasted the Defense’s blood. I got conference out, but I came to know about many of my shortcomings. After NDA I had almost 2 and ½ year to prepare because I was doing my engineering. I knew UES entry would come.

I joined a NGO “Swayam Jyoti”. This was started by my school seniors. Now all of them are serving the mother land by giving their services in Indian Army as Officers. I learned a lot from them. This was my grooming period. We did many events under this NGO. Our latest and most successful event is conduction Marathon in MHOW with Prestigious “Infantry School MHOW” .in this event our chief guest was Kargil war hero “Maj. D.P Singh”. He is great inspiration. It was my honor to run with such a legend.

My SSB Interview Success Story

This all group activities improved my ability to work in team and conducting big events. I learnt how to manage resources and work in pressure.
I also started reading books , to improve my thought process, And took sports seriously. I started running Marathon.

Then in pre final year of my engineering Indian Army came for campus round and I cleared it but unfortunately due to branch issue I was rejected from central command.  Information Technology branch was not allowed in technical entries that year. I got big jolt. Then I applied for TGC. In that was sure I will make it but unfortunately I got Conference Out. I started becoming impatient because I never wanted to do job in ciliv. I knew SSC tech is last option to get Army before leaving college.

My SSB Interview Success Story

Now I got used to report 6 in the morning. Aura was pleasing all the candidates were smartly dressed in formals. After initial documents checkup,we were taken to testing hall. Where we filled forms and then gave two OIR(Officers Intelligence Rating) consisting of 50 questions which needs to be solved in 23 minutes.
Then we were shown a hazy picture. I wrote story related to picture shown and not any pre planned story, which many candidates did and got screened out. After that in Discussion Test, I gave my best in individual narration and took 4-5 entries in G.D with constructive points.
I was screened in. then we did some documents check and filled three PIQ(Personal Information Questioner).  Next day was psychology my strategy was simple just make story around picture shown and not having any preconceived idea. I assimilated all the characters shown with background shown. My stories covered all three parts past, present and future (i.e outcome). In TAT wrote my first idea and did 57 SRTs. My speed in SRT was good and I used telegraphic language.
Ex- inspite of writing like “I will go there and will give first aid”
I simply wrote “will go there, give first aid” this saves lot of time.
In SDT I wrote what I actually think about myself.
Immediately after psychological test we were called for interviews. I was second person to be interviewed.
In interview I spoke from heart. I told only truth. Many times he tries to put pressure, but I tackled situation with cool mind. He asked me to do various calculations, which I did very easily. There were lots of technical questions especially from computer Networks. Rest of questions were from my life about family, friends, education, hobby etc . By 11:128 AM I was back in my room.
Next day was GTO day 1.
In GD and GPE I took active part. In snake race I helped many of my group mates in obstacles. And I was very strict about rules, whenever any rule was broken, I repeated that obstacle. In PGT(Progressive Group Task) I was actively giving practical ideas and was implementing then also. Same was in HGT(Half Group Task). Then in IO(Individual obstacles )I did 11 obstacles fearlessly. Remember here these tasks are there to check you fear. So do them boldly. Then in lecturette I gave my lecture confidently with organized thoughts.
GTO day 2
It started with Command task. I got 7 calls in this. In my command task he tried to build pressure but I remain cool. Then there was FGT( final group task) which our group completed. It is important to note that in GTO all test are there to test you group adjust ability not your individual performance. So always take your whole group together.
Next day was conference. They took considerable amount of time before calling me in. when I went in my interviewing officer asked me questions which I was unable to answer in interview. I had prepared these answers from Ante Room. So always find out answers of question you missed in interview.
Finally after lunch result was announced and I was Finally IN.
Words would not suffice to express that Great feeling. You fell like king.
This for my brothers, who are repeaters.  Please go for SSB again with improvement and you will get it.
“Failure is not when you Fail. It’s when you stop attempting”

Psychology Testing: Don’t Mistake It as a Test

Psychology Testing: Don’t Mistake It as a Test

We are at the top of the world. Smile is just not going away from the face. We want to dance and party. But, what is the occasion? The occasion is we got screened in. We crossed the first hurdle of SSB and now we are here for the next 4 days. We are confident that we will get through now. But, which test do you have tomorrow? We have Psychology test tomorrow and I need to prepare for it.This is the attitude of the majority of the candidates. But, let me tell you; don’t make your recommendation difficult by combining ‘preparation’ with SSB. And that too with the Psychological testing.

GTO meets you on the field (OUTDOOR). Interviewer talks to you in the room (INDOOR). There is a third guy whom you will not see, but then also he will judge you based on your opinions, and thinking. He is the Psychologist who will try to determine your personality without an interaction. Astonishing right?
So, let’s talk what happens in the test and how to deal with this unique style of testing. First of all, Psychology test is just a showcase of your personality (inner self). It will reflect you without utterance of a single word from your mouth. This testing does not need any preparation but there are rules to be followed during the testing.
RULE1: Every human being has a negative and a positive self. Candidates should leave their negative self at home while coming to the SSB testing. Golden rule for SSB is being HAPPY, HEALTHY AND POSITIVE. Same applies for psychological testing also. While expressing your opinions and thinking you should always be the combination of above three.
RULE2: You are neither a superhero nor a perfect human being. You have your shortcomings. Don’t hide them by being fake. If they are in you, let them in you and they should reflect in your testing also. Just keep in mind – I am what I am, there are shortcomings in me.  I will try to remove them but I won’t hide them.

Indian Military Academy

Let’s discuss the testing procedures which make the whole psychological testing an integral part of the SSB:
  1. TAT (Thematic Appreciation Test): 12 pictures (12th picture being blank) will be shown and candidates have to write the story within stipulated time frame. As simple as that. This test just gives you an opportunity to fly freely with the boundless imagination. Just see the picture, think for some seconds and make the meaningful story which comes to your mind in the first place. Keep in mind that the story should have – PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE and you being the dynamic hero of the story.  All the 11 stories could be made like this. Each being mutually exclusive of other but filled with your own unlimited imagination. The 12th picture is just boundary less. Think about your dreams in the final picture, think about the limitless universe, the sky and make the story of your lifetime.
  2. WAT (Word Association test): Words which you come across in your daily life are displayed in the stipulated timeframe. See the words and make a small meaningful sentence which comes to your mind in the first place keeping in mind the two rules of testing given above. If you don’t know the meaning or nothing is coming in your mind, skip the word and concentrate on the next one in the line.
  3. SRT (Situation Reaction Test): Practical situations which a person could face will be given to you and you have to give your reactions. Imagine yourself in the situation and write the reaction which comes to your mind. Keep in mind that you have to solve the situation instead of running away from it i.e. your reactions must convey the solution.
  4. Self-Description: No one knows yourself better than you. Hence, describe what you feel about yourself (your good qualities and those qualities which you would like to improve on). Write your heart out in this one.  Your parents and friends must have formed an opinion about you. Write freely about that opinion also.
Champs, take this testing as a game in which you are given an opportunity to be an artist, a writer, a thinker and a leader. Utilize this testing to its best by telling the psychologists about you. Remember – Faking is not at all an option.

All the best future cadets 🙂

Self-Confidence: The ‘Gist’ of an Officer Like Personality in SSB Screening

0
Indian Army Officers
No Sir, I will not abandon my tank.
My gun is still working and I will get these bastards.

What is the characteristic of 2nd lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, PVC, 1971 that made him to say the above lines during a spine chilling war? It was nothing but, self-confidence that gave rise to love for nation.

As you all know there are 15 OLQ’s (Officer like qualities) assessed by officers in the candidates. If you will give a serious thought to those OLQs, you will find that these are not independent of each other. Many of them are inter-connected.  This article is about an OLQ around which many OLQs revolve. And the OLQ which is doing the work of ‘SUN’ in a solar system here is ‘SELF-CONFIDENCE’.

Question is what is self-confidence?
Literally, self-confidence means the ‘BELIEF’ in you.  If you think something, if you have an opinion about something, if you dream something then – Are you able to implement all these things in front of the world (here, world can be a group of people, a friend, a town, district and what not)? It is the SELF-CONFIDENCE that makes you covey yourself no matter if you are right or wrong, logical or illogical, but you have some thought inside which needs to come out. Now, you will be curious that how is this related to SSB Screening?
Let’s discuss the relevance of SELF-CONFIDENCE in SSB Screening (in chronological manner):
  1. PPDT – Self-confidence will let you imagine boundlessly. The candidate who is confident won’t be tensed, he won’t limit his imagination after seeing the picture, rather will bravely cross all the boundaries of thoughts and produce the same on paper.
  2. Narration – The candidate who is confident won’t become anxious. Moreover, he will be lively with the brightness on his face. He will sit straight facing all his group members with confidence. His voice and body won’t tremble. His mind will be open. He will speak clear and loudly whatever he wrote or will frame sentences there only if he was not able to complete his story in the given time because he knows that he has to give the speech of his lifetime within a minute or less. He won’t look towards assessors whereas will face all the group members while narration since, he wants to convey his thoughts to the group. After his narration ends, he will leave a mark on the assessors and the group members. All this was possible not because he wrote a brilliant story or he spoke brilliantly, but because he had self-confidence that became the back bone of his narration. Due to self-confidence, he became determined and kept the presence of mind intact while conveying his message to the group.
  3. Group Discussion – The candidate filled with confidence will think of bringing the discussion to a consensus thereby forming a common story.  He won’t speak if the fish market is created, whereas will patiently wait for the ‘void space’ of fraction of seconds and will grab that opportunity like a lion catching its prey.  He will speak about the good points in his story clearly and loudly, he will support some group member’s story which he liked during the narration. He won’t speak a lot in the discussion, but whenever he will speak, it’s logical and more importantly crisp.  He will ask the silent members in the group to deliver their opinions. Due to his self-confidence, he will behave like a leader and an active member in the group, both at the same time.
Indian Army Officers

Ladies and gentlemen, we all are trying to become an officer of INDIAN ARMED FORCES.  Self-confidence is the major and the most notable characteristic of an officer which makes him/her stand aside. If we will try to push ourselves out of our comfort zone in our everyday life and just express us without being shy, we will see the increase in the self-confidence in no time.

Low self-confidence is not a life sentence
Self-confidence can be learned, mastered and practiced- Just like any other skill
Once you master it, everything in your life will change for better!!

Failures are Part of Life. Face Them Bravely and Succeed in SSB

0
Failures are Part of Life

Life is too ironic. It takes sadness to know what happiness is, noise to appreciate silence and absence to value presence.”

Life is full of adventure. The above quote binds me to say that .It’s ironic too because if you want to feel happiness you should know what happiness actually means. If you want silence in your life you might have to face noise first and for your loved ones who are present with you, will only make you know what absence means when they are not there. Now when we have accepted all these facts then how can we ignore that to taste success we must know what failures are? Without knowing them how can anyone say he succeeded in life? Is success just getting good marks in exams of school or colleges or is it clearing a competitive exam and boasting that you made it. Success if something internal which provides peace to your mind and soul and yes that’s the real one.

My defence aspirants ask me that I could not clear SSB 8 times, or 10 times should I still try or should I forget my dream of being a officer and serving my motherland. I simply ask them that do you know why you failed. Because in one corner of your heart you had that figure of failure which reduced your confidence and made you fail once more! Is this a quality if officer? Do you think you can go ahead with this and get recommended? And if you are ready to forget this unlucky number of how many times you were thrown of SSB and still want to try, I am sure you will clear it next time. And believe me you will love that recommendation more than if you would have cleared it first time because by now you know what failure means , you know its taste and you success will now taste even better. Just go for it and never feel you cannot do it.

Swami Vivekananda once said: “Talk to yourself at least once in a day. Otherwise you will miss a meeting with an excellent person in this world.” I love this statement because the essence of REAL YOU lies in it. You should respect yourself and should never quit. The profession that you have chosen requires purity at heart, so never ever try to change yourself for others demand. Remember the people who love you for what you are, are the only ones close to you. If people demand that you should change according to them then they are just to use you and not your loved ones. Love yourself, talk to yourself and laugh at yourself for the silly things that you do daily. Have time for yourself and you will start loving this life. Enjoy every moment and this will make your feeling more strong for your goal. Work hard and achieve it!! For any other help / mentoring and counselling you can reach me on facebook. I would love to help you. Do suggest if you need articles on some other topics and give your valuable feedback , so that I could improve as per your expectations.

Lakshya – A Journey of SSB Interview

0

“Lakshya” is a film from the Indian cinema showing the incarnation of a boy into a man. The movie inspires a lot of defence aspirants towards their dream job, sorry sorry calling it just a job is the disregard towards those martyrs who led down their lives for the safety, security and honour of their country because no one can let down his life just for the sake of so-called ‘job’.

I don’t know how many times I have watched the movie but every time it’s a new interest that makes me watch the movie being still. The movie is all about a boy who has no future plans that what he will do in the future (or we can say “aage kya karna hai”? In our parent’s language) and his answer is that right now I am going home and the evening with friends. It’s a story about a boy who just decides to do what his friends decide for their future and even after deciding his aim or so called his friend’s aim, he is in an oscillatory state.

Lakshya- A Journey

The movie also lightens up the characters which a defence aspirant should have inside his soul. The boy who supports his friends, the boy who is truthful, the boy with the power of retention, the boy who wants to be himself and not “Udesh”,  the boy who had a lot of confidence(that for him is joining INDIAN ARMY is just passing the exam, then one interview and yes one medical, select to ho hi jaaunga!!) “Lakshya” a word which decides that where you stand in the future.

spot_img

As you are reading this article it is clear that what your lakshya is?? But just by deciding your lakshya you can’t achieve it but definitely, you have completed half of the journey and the rest of the journey is all about your preparation to achieve your lakshya. For some of the aspirants, getting recommendations is a thing that is cut and dried but it is not actually so. You should be totally devoted to your lakshya and do everything possible to achieve it. Take it as a war (Jung) and always remember “jung mar ke nahi maar ke jeeti jaaati hai”, so don’t let your dream die, kill the thoughts which pulls you away from your lakshya. And always remember “LAKSHYA TOH HAR HAAL MEIN PAANA HAI”!!

Indian Army: It Is More Than A Life

0
PARA Commando Indian Army

You call it Army, Some call it life. I call it more than a life!! When we see a young, charismatic guy in an OLIVE GREEN uniform, involuntarily our right hand opposing the gravity goes up to salute the hero. We also tend to stand up as a gesture of respect. Just imagine yourself too in that uniform, a part of an organization which promises integrity and dignity. I am getting goosebumps. Don’t you??

The only way of getting into that OLIVE GREEN uniform is to get selected for INDIAN ARMY.

Now, someone will ask why will a person join Army, if there are other lucrative jobs out there?
I’ll answer the question in points:
  1. Don’t confuse ARMY with a job. It is just not a job rather it’s a voluntary service to the nation. It gives you a sense of pride, a reason for existence, moreover an answer for life.
  2. If you are an adventurous person, it will give you a life filled with adventure. You’ll get a chance to stay on the remote places, visit Indian deserts, the mountain peaks, scuba diving, sky jumping and what not. You’ll actually have a chance to touch and get the feeling of the places and activities which are a part of your sweet dream.
  3. It is too hard to get respect in today’s world. The uniform and the stars on it will give you the respect and statuses, hence making you stand away from the crowd.
    PARA Commando Indian Army
  4. Handsome salary will be given to you for your service to the nation which will ensure that you could live a lavishing life. After retirement also, you will have enough money to sustain your family and innumerable ventures will be open for you if someone wants to try hand in some other services. You will be getting rebates in travelling (trains, buses and aircrafts) and a loan whose interest will be half of the normal interest rate.
  5. In today’s unsocial world, you will get a chance to meet variety of people which will eventually help in building up your personality. You will get a chance to visit almost every area of our country.
  6. You will live with your brothers during the service. You will make the best of friends whom you don’t need to call in case of need. You just think about them, they will come for you in no time.
  7. Last but not the least, you will have tremendous confidence, courage and will power which will help you lead a life full of fearlessness. You will get all those personality traits which a person desires.
These are just glimpses of what you will get in the INDIAN ARMY section of the armed forces.
Just imagine the pride in the eyes of your parents when they will see you as an officer. It is entirely a different feeling to lead a life not for yourself, but others. So, ladies and gentlemen it is time to pull your socks up and just try for the maximum. Repeaters like me just give it another shot as someone said – ‘Acche din der ke baad aae toh khushiyaa dabal hojaati hai’ and the bravo Capt. Vikram Batra has rightly said – ‘YEH DIL MAANGE MORE’ Fresher’s – golden chance for you, but be determined !!

Few Things We Learn From The Game Of Football

Few Things We Learn From The <a href=Game Of Football” border=”0″ src=”http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-DpDGBUAI19o/U8fYGbBK8FI/AAAAAAAAPNw/tjhr9ZerQz4/s1600/Few+Things+We+Learn+From+The+Game+Of+Football.jpg” height=”200″ title=”Few Things We Learn From The Game Of Football” width=”200″ />

“Football fever”-yes you’ve encountered this phrase so many times nowadays. This is because of the greatest sports league FIFA is going on in Brazil. As football season is on the go so there are more chances that you encounter some football related question in SSB. So an aspirant should know some facts about FIFA 2014.

  • Brazil is hosting 22nd FIFA world cup
  • 32 reams participated in this grand tournament
  • All qualifying teams are divided into 8 groups
  • Each group has 4 teams in it
  • Fuleco is the official mascot of FIFA 2014
  • Slogan of FIFA 2014 is “all in one rhythm”
So guys these are the short facts about FIFA 2014 this info may help in your PI , GD.
Now let’s see the qualities that we learn from the game of football
  1. TEAMWORK: Yes! This game is a best example of teamwork. Victory of the team depends on the teamwork of the team. An individual should understand his colleagues. There must a mutual understanding between the players which help the team in victory. In SSB also tasks like, GD , snake race, PGT, FGT are made to demonstrate teamwork with your group. How you tackle your problem, how you organize your group, how you find solution to the problems with your team mates, these are some things that are being noticed by testing officers. The team with good understanding always steals the show at SSB and most of the candidates are recommended from that group.
    FIFA 2014 Germany
  2. SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Representing your country on the stage of world gives a sense of responsibility to an individual. Even if we are playing football it not about self that we always think about but it is about the team. An individual should do his best to make his team win. During SSB also you can shoe your sense of responsibility during the tasks like PGT, FGT, Group planning exercise, Individual obstacles.
  3. QUICK DECISION TAKING: We all know that football is fast running game and during the course of game you have to make quick decision like to whom the ball should be passed, tackling the ball, in what way the ball should be kicked so that it reached the desired place, like this there are so many decisions that has to be made instantly. So a good player should have effective intelligence and he should be quick at decision taking. Quick decision taking is very important in tasks like Psychological tests, ground tests.
  4. DISCIPLINE: Discipline is the foundation of the defense forces. Football also teaches discipline. We all can see that players who break the rules are being penalized. This helps in the fair play during the game. Discipline should be maintained during the whole course of SSB also. You should listen to the instruction carefully, you should always adhere to the time and follow the rules and regulations at SSB.

Do You Have It In You?

0

Do You Have It In You?

Introduction: Have you ever looked within? Have you realised your mistakes in time. If you want to be an officer develop this essential quality which could lead to success in life. Start introspecting.

Part 1
Introspection should be one’s own way to know where a person is good, what all works for him and what all is needed to lead the world. Looking within gives a sense of satisfaction for whatever you have done and gives the real image of your personality. No one except you knows much better about you.  It is rightly said that “you are the best judge to yourself”. But then why people look outside asking others to point out on them and tell if they were wrong.  It is so because this makes their task easy as they don’t want to know their faults to the extent that they need to improvise on, but in this process they forget that this could bring about a change in them and they will become better in every bit. People are afraid of peeping inside their life but enjoy knowing the faults of others and make and spreading stories of others life. They don’t introspect their lives. We need to have it in us and this is utmost requirement in the Indian youth else they will also become the part of the culture and start doing what their earlier generations were enjoying. We need to learn that if we realise that we are wrong we should accept it internally and find ways to improve our mistake instead of ignoring it and later crying for doing so. The present scenario makes me write this article where a party who was ruling for last ten years was thrown out because of the lack of this quality. They were enjoying their positions and power and had forgotten that they are responsible for something. They had forgotten that with power and position comes responsibility. And now after losing everything they are calling meetings daily for doing the same thing which they missed out early. This quality has such power that we people ignore else few of our mates might have never thought of not going to SSB as they lose hope. I would suggest even if you are not selected don’t you feel spending five days is worth it. Anyway the person who loses at SSB and comes out after five day battle is a changed personality. But yes we feel all sorts of things that the board was tough, we did well but the person who made mistakes was selected but forget to introspect which is a blunder for a youth who aspires to be a defence personnel. How to do it … simple look within and have the courage to realise your mistakes else you will also feel you were never wrong but the conditions were not in favour. The board panel at SSB is so experienced that the blink of their eye is sufficient to judge people like us. So never ignore and always try to mend your mistakes in time else crying and losing out is the only way left to walk. Get up and introspect.

Do You Have It In You?

Part 2
Introduction: Do you feel the energy within you which boosts you to move ahead in life? Do you have the energy that makes other run for their goals even if they are not willing to do so .If yes you are on the right track to pursue your goal and help others achieve their? In this second part I will tell you the secret to excel in life. Clearing SSB might be a dream for the aspirants but if you have this quality, you will always achieve whatever you want in life. This special quality is Motivational ability. Motivation is the inner energy to perform any task. It is a sense of positive vibration that a person feels and these vibrations generate positive energy that forces you to move ahead. Not only you but the people that come in touch with you, this quality of yours will transform them and might generate positive vibrations in other person’s body too. Motivation is the constant source of inner energy, which should never die in you. Inner strength generation, inner power and satisfaction is the bi – product of this quality. If you have this quality you can never go wrong and think negative. Motivated people are always happy and carry smile on their faces .They have an easy solution of the toughest problems of their lives, and they are always ready to help others. They are seen as socialable by others because they are known to be extroverts and want to socialise with others. They are constant source of ideas and want people to benefit from them. They can never think wrong for anyone and feel happy if their friends, relatives and others do well. Jealousy keeps a distance from these people, and they are source of smile for all.
So do you have the inner fire to perform, the zeal to achieve your goals. Do you have the power to charge other who have lost their path and have been deviated by the negative forces? If yes you have this quality which is a desired one for defence aspirants because you will be in the field where life shows the toughest colours and our soldiers have to face it. There are extreme situations where one has to survive. You need to have the zeal else you might run off the field anytime. You need to feel motivated and motivate others. Be it your juniors or seniors each one standing in the field can rest upon the other one because you will have no one else to bank upon. You all will form the family and you have to only take care of each one. Though the tough training at you dream station after being recommended will teach you all this but still you need to show to the panel members at SSB that you have the spark of this quality which can be ignited later during training. Because it’s not easy to be the part of defence life, you need to be filled with ‘n’ number of qualities to withstand that status and live the officer life.

Part 3

Experts say failure is integral part of life. Life doesn’t seem to be moving if failure does not touch you. It is necessary to avoid life stagnation. But does life end there. Do we need to leave all things because of failure? Should we leave all hopes and leave dreaming. If we do not get success should be not try again. Failure is a simple part of life where we do not get the desired results.  This is the simple definition where hope word is not there. We should not leave hope of winning, we should constantly desire for achieving our goals, dream badly seeing what we want to achieve then only it could be converted in reality. Getting back to the right track after getting taste of failure just requires a bit of courage, because there will be people who will try to close all doors for you, but there will be few who will be constantly motivating you to move ahead and achieve our desired state. Failure is the best time for a person according to me because it gives the real picture of who are your closed ones, who are your real friends and who thinks good for you. Apart from all this you get to know about your flaws and could improve your personality. No one is perfect in this world. You have to constantly evolve from the difficulties and learn a lot. Learning is a constant process which begins when one is born. So what’s bad in getting failure? Simple welcome it in your life but remember to learn from what went wrong so that the same mistake is not replicated later in life. Learning from mistakes is a bit difficult, because the body flow of liquids is disturbed in this stage. We need to be controlling all this. Always have a habit of sharing things and thoughts with someone special, so that you have nothing left in your mind and heart .Eject the bad thought s that house in your heart. You will feel light. Involve physical work and maintain your fitness. A perfect body is definitely a house for perfect heart and brain functioning.

So get ready to fail and retard from it because failure is good.

Part 4

There are numerous situations in life where you have to take control of different people along with yourself. I am not talking of parenting or taking care of dependents. I am talking of taking responsibilities of those who are not related to you anyhow. Who are not having any blood relation nor share anything with you.  Today’s era is the era where working in isolation is not possible. Though it’s an era of nuclear families on one hand but when the same person goes to the organisation he tends to be with people, he works a s a team member. The irrelevance of thought is that a person cannot entertain his family members but is ready to work along with people not related in blood.  But this is the need of time. All organisations prefer people having quality of team work. You should have this quality if you are a defence aspirant. I know you will shout loud that I have the quality of finishing all work alone but when you are surrounded by lot of people or say enemies, will you be able to handle the situation. Will you not ask for help? Or take other situation where people are between gherao and you are asked to go and solve the situation. I know you will utilise you intelligence, but you are performing a team work activity. Working in teams always makes the work easy and it helps bringing out quality work from the individual. Team work is the quality where you have to gel along with people. Helping in team, helping people , utilising your capability , to solve the problem of others while utilising your knowledge for the benefit for others. Though you will ask at the end that will get the credit. How will I claim that I am efficient enough to handle the situation? Don’t worry; you will get the due credit. And there are lot of other things to prove your mettle. Anyways start doing welfare of others and see the magic how people are ready to help you in adverse situation. So do or die and get everyone to your side!!! Beware you will always be benefitted by this quality as people will always be ready to help you and would love to be at your side.
