What are the problems with TGC-118 Online Application form:

- Save the application form before your close the confirmation window.
- If your application form has got crashed after clicking submit button, do not close the browser and note down your candidate ID.

- Its says candidate already registered. I don’t have roll number and application form, shall I apply again.
- If you have applied once and your form got crashed, now when you are applying again and getting a message like already registered. In that case do not apply again not even with a different e-mail id because it will directly lead to cancellation under duplicate entry.
- I do not have my roll number and application form. How can I generate it ?
- At present there is nothing to generate it but you may get the reprint link in future, you can always download the common application form for TGC at the time of SSB interview.
- My form got crashed but it says I am already registered, will I get call letter?
- Mostly you will get the name in the list if you are eligible and applied successfully, it doesn’t matter if the form got crashed, what matters is you have registered in the system.

This time for TGC-118 many are facing trouble while filling form.
Why only ARMY aspirants are facing problems while applying..Many exams we are applying in online and never seen these kind of problems..just look at AirForce online application procedure…how good it is..awesome..
every thing is online only..and no errors and even no need to send forms also
Really ..,before they should change 60years of SSB recruiting procedure..they should solve all these problems and provide better way for aspirants..
i was looking at website from APR 27th,they postponed to MAY 15th due to technical errors..still the errors are not yet solved.
For me also it happen….first time it did not show “Year of Completion of Degree” option..and i tried next day ,this time everything is fine but did not allow me to submit the form.Submit button is not working,then again i tried after 2 days..same problem i faced…
Finally,i tried again after some days this time it is accepted ,but it is showing
with the following candidate details (name ,dob,father name) form is already exit..Please click on roll number to see your form.
Then i clicked on Roll.No and i downloaded the form which is already exits.
In this form except my name ,father name and DOB…all other fields are empty only.
Address is not there,and Under graduation details ,it is showing Graduation details not given?????
What to do now….i do not want to miss it(Only 2 more attempts left for me)….even it is not allowing me to submit again.

am from cse not from architecture., i have only 8 semesters.So I

Most of the applicants of TGC 118 including me are having problems of error after submission and are unaware of the roll number and in a state of confusion regarding sending the application with the attested certificates..Please can you give some highlight over it. Errors comes when we are entering the marks in CGPA systems.. if marks entered as percentage systems then no error will come…

I tried to inform them about the application issue but phone comes busy which is normal !!
so wait they might fix the issue.. as others might have informed dem abt the issue or dey are aware of that… if no option left i ll fill it with percentage system in deadline date for form submission…
but that too will not going to work….i have tried and it is again showing the same error, that candidate with same name,father’s name and email is already registered….so this option has also failed….the only one left is that reprint option should be given using email id…..hope we all CGPA candidate can fill up the form within date……

i think i have resolved the problem…..actually i have changed the candidate id by one succeeding and one preceding and observed that the roll no differ according to that….like my candidate id is 442156….so i entered 442155 and noted the roll no i.e 501615 and again entered 442157 and noted the roll no 501617……so according to that series mine is 501616…..so i m filling the downloaded form and entering the roll no that i have found because i m already registered……hope so it will work….

I used google chrome browser, LAN based internet connection, and I got registered successfully.
One thing I noticed is that the marks entered will automatically calculate %age which will be incorrect in few cases but when you submit and print the form as pdf,it will show correct %age.

Hi, this problem is getting very common now. It would be better if you write an application stating all these including your name, DOB. Attach your documents and send it.

we can use the ” common application form” from the download section..but the main problem is that most of us dont know the ROLL NUMBER….wait and watch ajay…i am planning to use this form without filling my roll number as last resort

Soumya, its no use these numbers aint worth…if anyone is having some friends in delhi, I feel they can personally visit and check regarding this major issue…!!! I am sure thousands of applications are under risk…!!!

Ebey the same problem is with me and most of the applicants. I wish there was some alternative so that we can reprint…moreover in many cases we dont even know the roll numbers…!!!
