28 Gentlemen Cadets of Technical Entry Scheme-37 course were commissioned into the Indian Army at a scintillating passing out parade reviewed by Lt Gen TSA Narayanan, AVSM, Commandant, MCEME and Col Comdt, Corps of EME at Cadets Training Wing (CTW), MCEME Secunderabad today.
