In a solemn ceremony held on April 12, 2024, the Assam Rifles paid tribute to Nb Sub (Late) N K Tripura, a soldier who recently passed away while in service.
The tribute took place in his native village of Kalaban, located in the South Tripura District of Tripura.
The ceremony began with the reception of Nb Sub Tripura’s mortal remains at Agartala Airport, where Assam Rifles personnel were present to facilitate the dignified transport of the casket to his family home.
